i also plan to move to north east. i am thinking between shillong and gangtok. i just love the vibes there and the views omggg

yeah both have their own benefits, shillong though will be more convenient considering its closeness to Guwahati and commuting there is easier than to reach sikkim, locals behaviour wise sikkim has been kind [don't know about shillong, been there way back so can't recall]

Can you explain what was the amount.?? How much is the rent, any security, brokerage fee.??

the rent is 11k per month (electricity extra but it doesn't cost much), security yes you will need to pay one month security which will be refunded once you move out. i had to pay brokerage fee of 40% of the rent (for one time only) as commission because i found this apartment through a broker. But all others living here mostly found through their own, so they didn't have to pay any broker fee. The views and everything here like the neighborhood is really nice overall

@@badalj0elrai hey apartments in this area are filled but you can try near krishi bhavan area near the bypass (I heard there are lots there)
