What a whirlwind this season has been so far!!
I was able to spend some really nice time with my brother Taylor, and sister-in-law Kristi in Italy, who came to Europe to visit before the Cortina World Cup. It was a busy time between training and racing, but my heart is so full after their visit. From Cortina's speed week, featuring blue skies and sunshine, and so many great moments...to Kronplatz. Phew! It was full.
And, my goodness, it was an incredible race series at Kronplatz. That's a track that I've had both success on (back in 2019), but also struggled with...so to win back-to-back giant slalom races there and reset the all-time win record for women was just...well, I don't even have words to describe it. It was exhausting and exhilarating simultaneously. I hope you enjoy this episode as much as I did.
