Who else has been watching since they were breeding snakes in their basement and didn't even have the zoo yet? I cant believe how far you guys have come! Congratulations on everything you have accomplished!
In the state of SC, if you purchase a transit van in the name of business, it can be written off on taxes! Idk if this is same in their state but it's a benefit to look at! Help them get a van/truck and eventually get that investment back too!
I think you should name them Dwight and Angela because they would sneak off to the warehouse to be alone in The Office lol. Excited to see the turtle addition down the road too!
Pretty wild to see you guys go from playing tetris with your house furniture to fit a new rack to "ayy we don't have to quarantine these animals because this place is all empty"
Can't speak for others, but seeing enclosure builds/decoration is one of my absolute favorite video types!! I love seeing the transformations and the happy animals enjoying it all!! I used to build guinea pig cages when I bred them [on a small scale] and loved seeing them utilize my cool additions!!
Wow. I can't believe how much you guys have grown! I remember Ep. 1 of you beginning your zoo! Thank you for everything you do, and thank you for giving all these reptiles wonderful homes
Gotta say, I have been watching this channel for years and years, and Ed and Emily just are continuosly strikingly nice people. I am really happy they have found eachother ❤
I've been watching at least four years. It all started with me trying to find a good kid-friendly genetics explanation! Now, my oldest wants a hognose and making plans to breed geckos (sshhh! don't tell my husband). 😅
You should get a sprinkling system for all of your enclosures so you guys don't need to spray the enclosures when they need to be humidified to make work a little easier for all staff.
I believe they do have an automatic system in the zoo but particular enclosure is in their warehouse which is a completely different building it is also the only enclosure in the building at the moment
It seemed like the "reptiles at the warehouse" idea was intended as enrichment to the environment for staff and for the environment at the office in general. So its possible they intend daily or weekly reptile care tasks for the small number of reptiles in the office, currently one cage, to be an enriching task for office staff and visitors. As they mentioned they thought the staff member there seemed lonely! 😊
What great people Teresa & her husband are. Not only to reach out to you with an enclosure but to label each part so throughly. They made it so much easier for you 2 to reassemble it all. Wow picture front and full instructions! Fun even in decided what tp house in it!
Please reintroduce all of your animsls! Some much has been added and held back that we wanna see everything and meet everyone again. LOVE YOU GUYS❤❤❤❤❤
@@dreyhawk I've been dealing with autoimmune stuff for about a year now, brain fog, fatigue, heart palpitations, Its been a rough ride. Praying for you!
I’ve been watching you guys since fourth grade! (I’m just now finishing up my freshman year of high school!) Thank you guys for all you do, you bring so many people joy and comfort with your channel. ❤
Love seeing the bright green monitors crawling on the natural wall. So cool. BTW. The mulch liner is not waterproof and won't keep moisture from escaping.
Damn. I have been watching for years since you still had Rex in her old room. I can’t believe how much time has passed and I have loved watching you grow!
Please do an updated meet all our snakes video! It'd be so interesting to see who you all still have vs your newer snakes 🐍 been watching since around feed my pet fridays!
For that open gap you could put in a weathering strip like you do with front doors. So its not to much of a gap and whatever is within it is more contained.
Don't know if you are looking for solutions to the flimsy, but if i had that kind of wobble, i'd put two diagonal wire's/rope with turnbuckles from top front to lower back and top back to lower front on the side pieces with maybe screw eyes at all corners.
Green Tree Monitors are one of my favorites!! They’re so beautiful and so rewarding when you’re finally able to tame them down. Yours look Ike they’ve had socialization already so you’re way ahead of the game. 🦎❤️🦎
Can’t believe I’ve been watching almost 5 years! Y’all helped me get through my brothers passing. I have never owned my own snake but love them so much and working in a farm, knowing stuff about snakes has been so very helpful. And other reptiles/amphibians. Recently bugs. I love y’all! Keep up the amazing work!❤️❤️❤️❤️
You've done so much since the opening of your zoo! I'm so excited! I wish i could go to your zoo but sadly i cant. Keep up the great work and inspire others!
When I saw the word warehouse I thought you meant the zoo. I was like wait a minute this is a new video... about the first animal in the zoo... and then I remembered the warehouse exists!
I always LOVE watching all the thought and care that goes into Ed and Emily making reptile enclosures. They so clearly love each and every reptile, and animal in general, they get and put so much effort into making sure that they are able to live in an environment that encourages them to thrive as they would in the wild.
Can't believe how far you have come since the first time I watched you. Back then rex was in a little kiddie pool, and you were keeping all the animals in your house. So cool
I actually surprised that it been year since now you finally had first reptile coming to you're Warehouses, but I love your content and keep up the great content! ❤
I've been watching this channel for ages and I'm so happy with the progression. From basement breeders (no way meant in a bad way) to zoo owners. I've also watched reaction channels with regards to other breeders and this channel ALWAYS gets a positive review. They always say Emily and Ed just have a love for their animals and are just so wholesome. It's lovely to hear after hearing some horror stories
I have watched them for 5 years 🎉❤ one of my favorite things to watch, it’s funny how Ed was always behind the camera and know is in front of it 50% of the time it’s great😊 Ps. Give Ed more pens!!!😂 love you Emily and Ed ❤
I've been here for many years, I remember the awkward Emily and the non-existent Ed. I absolutely love seeing how far you've both come, watching all your goals and dreams come true and seeing all your achievements is so motivational. I'm so incredibly grateful for the both of you and all the wonderful work you do. Thank you for all you do ❤
Love your videos! You guys made me love reptiles and I'm so happy that you guys have made it so far with snake discovery!😊😊😊😊 the green tree monitors are so pretty and cute you should name them mickey and minnie
Not the object of the video but this is a great video about how to do a make over of an older enclosure and things to consider when selecting an animal for said enclosure. I was amazed at what a difference the cork bark did. The final product looks fantastic and I am sure the monitors and future turtle will love their home.
I’ve been watching since you got the Mexican Black King-snake. I used to be terrified just of pictures of reptiles but now I watch the videos for enjoyment. Although still would not be comfortable owning one. So proud of all you guys are achieving!
Hey Snake Discovery, have you thought of adding an Elephant Trunk snake to your zoo? Name the monitors Ed and Emily! PS So glad people take care of their stuff and so nice to see that old stuff can be used again and not just become garbage or need to be recicled.

Maybe veggie names could be cute! Like Spinach and Kale, Cucumber and Pickle, Lime and Smith (as in Granny Smith) Naming them after houseplants that are usually kept for their foliage could be cute, too. Thinking green!
Hi Ed and Emily I have been watching your channel since Rex was in a small pool, with the shaping turtle next to her. You have accomplished so much. When you just had a dream, and it came true with your awesome zoo. Love the new enclosure in the warehouse. You set up was excellent. What you put under the soil is not water proof. The green tree monitors are beautiful, and so tame. Great purchase at Tinley. All the employee's will love to visit the monitors. I hope that you get a surrender box turtle soon to go in with green monitors. I know you both love isopods?❤🐊Lizards🐍🐢Cindy
Always fun to play "Who's That Animal" in the thumbnail. I guessed monitor because of the shape, and green because of the "too blue, too yellow" clips.
Once bought a 300 gallon fish tank. Got it safely loaded in the truck. Go it safely home. But it twisted as we were unloading it and it cracked. So, yeah, acrylic for the win!
How will you keep the slender, agile tree monitors from escaping out the through the gaps in the doors? They are, by the way, my favorite reptiles. Good luck with breeding them, the world needs more of these delightful, beautiful animals.
