We were thinking of moving to spruce grove alberta from BC we have a townhouse in BC and here we dont pay for water/sewer ever if we live in a townhouse. Im wondering if we buy a townhouse in alberta if its the same? We were eyeing a no condo fees townhouse.
You do need to pay for water and sewer in a townhouse here. Especially in a freehold townhouse (no condo fees). In the case of Spruce Grove, this would be billed by the city along with your garbage pickup. Spruce Grove is a nice city, you'll be happy there!
