Living In Boston is Expensive! I don't need to tell you that. What I do need to tell you are the REAL ways that you can save some REAL money while living in Boston. Hi Arpit! Great information in this video! Boston is a very expensive place to live, for sure. On car ownership you left out cost of maintenance and repairs, especially if you get stuck in a snow bank! Lol! Anyway, here’s wishing you Happy Holidays and the very best and prosperous 2024! So true Nick, what I mentioned was literally the bare minimum of keeping a car here in Boston, in a parking spot haha. The cost of repairs and maintenance and fuel is another story. Guess who spent $600 on car repairs last month? This guy!

@@arpit_sharma Wow! You should try out the “Good News Garage” right there in Cambridge. Been around forever and they have a wonderful reputation for being honest. $600.00 seems like a minimal bill for car repairs these days. If I lived in Boston, I wouldn’t have a car but would maintain a driver’s license in case I wanted to rent a vehicle for whatever reason. The T always got me around town just fine. Anyway, thanks for responding and do enjoy the holidays!

I know! Tbh I have had a hard go saving money, partly because living here is so expensive but trust me you’re going the right thing by saving up before you move and not putting everything on a credit cards and being stuck in a hole later.
