Yeah, unfortunately too many places in the country have this issue too. Are there any areas of Denver that you’d say are nicer or for that matter where would you avoid?
@@BrothaontheGo avoid downtown at all costs, stick to the mountain towns as they are much nicer and cleaner… Denver as a whole has gone completely down the dumps !
I am from just outside of Portland, Oregon. Unfortunately, I can relate to that. I ended up moving to Arizona, but we have plenty of problems here too.
How is it family friendly? I once saw a women selling her old clothes on the sidewalk near the big library who had a dent in he head the size of a golf ball. Some drunk lady came up to me on the bus and asked me if I wanted dried milk and wouldn’t stop harassing me. Nothing about Denver is family friendly.
This is absolutely not a facetious question… but family environment? Besides Cherry Creek, where are the more family - friendly areas ??? Lived there off and on for several years.. could never imagine raising my sons in a single place in Denver metro, man. But for my grandkids… which streets or communities do you know about? Genuinely asking
Stop making misleading videos like this about denver. I've been here all my life and it's terrible here. Outdoor recreation? Oh, you must mean ducking and dodging the extremely hostile homeless population which is over 30k. Yeah, stop with this bs dude.
That's city life. I always lol when the first thing they mention about the "great city life" is the "nature", "parks" and "outdoors". Cities are disgusting usually and in wintertime extremely depressing, no matter how cute they portray it. I lived in Bruges for a year. Looks cute right? It was a nightmare.
@@helenarichard yes! This place is absolutely terrible because in order to make a meaningful living here, you have to live in one of our major cities. THAT is where you can see just how horrible it is here.
Aspen sucks! I'm a Denver native & always wanted to visit Aspen because of the movie Dumb & Dumber. It looked so beautiful & comfortable, only to later find out most of that was filmed in Breckenridge. I worked at a delivery job for a while & one of my routes was Aspen. I was extremely disappointed, to say the least... Everything is old & looks ghetto/rundown. It's also incredibly small.
Im getting priced out of my living area in dallas TX and noticed it’s passed housing prices in most of colorado, i like colorado much more than TX anyways so ill b moving at the end of this lease
