Yeah, beware is right. I'd avoid these new houses in Lynchburg as they do cut corners. City inspections are worthless in Lynchburg if they pass inspection on stuff I've seen. It's all buried behind walls and you'll find bad plumbing, bad radon venting, bad electrical, and all around hidden and seen bad construction. Buy an older home and spend your money fixing it up.
