we are back with another new york vlog! and this time we're in our second week wooohooooo! i feel like I'm still riding on that new york "excitement" so I'm just extra productive - also why I wake up super early in the morning LOL literally me editing this footage, my honest reaction to majority of it is like "omg who is she?" but all and all, new york is so fresh and new. i don't feel bored and i love being able to discover so much about a city. I love being with friends, eating good food, everyone minding their own business, dressing how i want, good weather. ofc there are the bad sides too but let's focus on the good for now!

I get so anxious about leaving my house, to the point where I don't take public transportation unless i'm with family anymore, I rarely leave my house and a while back I found your vlogs and seeing you anxious made me feel less alone. Just want to say, not hating because Via has helped me heal so so so much thx i love u, but not everyone can have this lifestyle because it is very very expensive. Most people have a job they go to everyday, just like school. Ik a lot of people know this, but if there are teenagers out there like me, getting older does not mean u get to do whatever u want all day and have infinite money. On the ice - the more ice you have, the LESS dilution actually happens so that might be why it's tastier with more ice (something to do with more ice = keeps colder = less melting)

I remember first watching her vlogs last year..That's were i was scared to do things alone..Even to drive my own car alone...Talking to people or on the phone were also a problem..Going eating alone also...Now i can happily say that i am still a little scared but i am definitely daring myself to go outside my comfort bubble..And it's working everytime..Sometimes things seems really bad in your mind but when you face it you will see that it was never a big deal

If you're ever looking to spice up yogurt bowls into something different, try this tofu ice cream/pudding!! 300g soft or pressed tofu (I prefer the latter since it holds its structure better when chilled, don't have to freeze & thaw like ice-cream if that's the case) 40-60g sweetener of choice, however sweet you like (I go for 40g cuz I love topping it w/ honey after haha) 80g roasted cashews (you can soak to soften them if you want a smoother texture) 80g toasted black sesame seeds (or another nut/seed of choice, roasted pistachios ARE DA BOMB TOO) 1 tsp vanilla + 1/4 tsp salt blend the nuts/seeds until powdery, then add & blend everything else, freeze ~5 hours if using soft tofu, or just chill in the fridge if using pressed ;D it's so customizable, you can make it matcha flavoured as well, or pop in some choco chips, or use pumpkin pie spice for something fall-inspired the tofu gives it a subtle and lovely soy-milk taste
