I had an eating disorder as a teenager and sometimes struggle with self-esteem issues because I don’t fit society standards. This year, I was fired from a job I really loved. Watching your videos is like having therapy, since I can’t afford one. I never thought an influencer from another country could make me feel seen and understood, but you do. Your advices and thoughts on life are really inspiring and make me feel less alone and less worthless because I feel like a failure all the time, but you make me realize that things aren’t really like that. You’re always so kind and you share your fears and the things you overcome in such a sincere and genuine way that it makes me feel like I can improve too. That there’s nothing wrong with my lack of confidence and that I can work to overcome my traumas and the sadness of life not going the way I would like. You make me enjoy seeing life from a more beautiful, hopeful, and happy perspective. Thank you! I'm currently 15 and I've had a restraining problem a year ago. I was so underweight like I'm 150cm tall and I was 35 kg which is very underweight. You talking about a toxic household is so amazing! Cuz mine is kinda toxic too. Even tho I still live with them. But I've learned that I'm still young, and there's a lot of things to do rather than starving and losing weight. I'm trying to intuitive eat and re-gain my hunger and full signals of my body :)

as someone who has family in scotland and visits a lot over holidays, people always ask me why it’s so important to me but they don’t see the beauty of scotland. its so much different to england and its so much more comforting. i’m more of a city girl who loves being alone but when im in scotland, its completely different, i love being around my family and my friends ♡ i miss it, i want to return soon. also as someone who struggles significantly with their mental health, whenever i visit, i’m so much happier when i’m there, its like i completely switch. this vlog is so important to me, firstly because you portray scotland beautifully but also because you aren’t afraid to say whether you’re feeling anxious or when you want to stay in, and that is so moving to me; you make me feel so heard. thank you ♡
