Hello! It is true that the desert climate is not for everyone. I feel it's a personal decision of shoveling snow vs hiding from the sunny heat. However, my next door neighbors growing up were from Toronto and they loved it here! They do go back to Canada every summer though. LOL On a side note, I used to own college-based retail stores and my best employees were always Canadian. Kind, understanding, smart, fun. I've yet to meet a Canadian that wasn't awesome. So that being said, I think you should move here and kindly bring all your friends! 😂 Thanks for commenting!

Hello! So, as a realtor we unfortunately don't have any more access to apartments than the average consumer does. Apartments are usually owned by large corporations and have their own websites. They also don't work with Realtors in any different way than they work with the public. I'm sorry! I would suggest Apartment Finder or Apartments .com etc for good apartment hunting websites. Why do you think that? Did you have a bad experience moving from CA to AZ? I know the drive from LA to Phoenix is definitely not a pretty one. LOL I hope you're well!
