​@@eliaszemar7171 Why Omsk? Not the best palce I think. There are a few more interesting cities there ( Irkutsk near the Baikal Lake for example of Krasnoyarsk, or the best - Novosibirsk, Also - the Altay region is quite famous for the beautiful nature and warmer ( a bit) climate.

@@countrysideacreshomestead2008 Well I'm sure that they would sell additional acreage up to what you need. The reason for Putin's offer is that most young Russians are going to the cities for less intensive jobs and abandoning farms and land in the countryside. So it would seem to me that more land is available if you wish.

Would be interesting to go there and look around. Farm land prices are skyrocketing in Canada and farming isn't very profitable as it is.

@@countrysideacreshomestead2008 It's true land prices are rising rapidly since the CV plandemic. That said, you and your family are better off on the land you have now as opposed to the city-slickers or the average pampered suburbanite. So keep on keeping on.

Производят его вроде только в краснодарском крае. 😊

Согласна насчёт России, но не нужно желать катастрофы американскому континенту. Это нарушит природный баланс во всем мире. Пусть уж лучше они сами себя там перебьют.

А с чего вы решили что природа сейчас в балансе? Это не нормально что планета каждые 20000 лет в ледниковый период проваливается. Так что если и произойдет катастрофа с йеллоустоуном то может быть оно и к лучшему, откроются новые проливы и термобаланс на планете восстановится.

Самые популярные видео на ютубе это как избавится от клёна на участке, запросите в поиске и вам выдаст кучу роликов, но все их советы из них малоэффективны. У клёна семяна вертолетики разлетаются в округе и у них 100% всхожесть просто лёжа на земле, весной у меня если ветер со стороны растущих клёнов у соседей прилетает тысячи семян на огород и он покрывается зелёным ковром и если не культивация и прополка то к осени это были бы кустики см 70, а на следующий год джунгли из полутора метровых деревьев.

а что там "нелегкого"? За 6 лет построил амбар двух этажный на 800 метров, дом двухэтажный на 150 или 300 метров. Баню двух этажную со вторым жилым этажом. Гидростанцию. Массу мелких построек. Три жилых юрты по 30 метров. "Чайный дом - склад". И это все с 4 маленькими детьми-девочками в таком диком отдалении, по сути просто ТОРГУЯ СЕНОМ. И при этом за это же время ещё уже развёл там стадо овец или коз под 100-150 голов.

@@bluecold8844 Тут приходится конкурировать с крупными агропромышленными комплексами, у которых цена продукта ниже. Не видел фермера, который выращивает только пшеницу на продажу или фермера у которого 10-15 коров (чтобы ими занимались пара взрослых) и они обеспечивают хорошую прибыль, покрывая все расходы. 100 коз это тоже неспроста. Почему бы не держать столько коз, сколько может себе позволить семья без привлечения наемных рабочих? О наемных рабочих Джастас говорил. Чтобы была исключительно семейная ферма. Производство сыра, продукта с более высокой добавочной стоимостью, чем молоко, это тоже способ найти дополнительные деньги, которые опять же пойдут на покрытие расходов и улучшение условий. Произвел сыр, так его еще нужно продать и чтобы себе не в убыток. Во магазине ВкусВилл сыр Пошехонский 940 рублей за килограмм, в "Истринской сыроварне Олега Сироты" тот же сыр Пошехонский 1500 рублей за килограмм. Каким-то образом в сыроварне его продают. А продать ниже не могут - затраты высокие. Не все так просто.

Джастас живет на Алтае, там прекрасный климат! Прекрасная земля! Только он сделал ошибку и построил дом далеко от жилых поселков и поэтому ему пока не могут провести электроэнергию! И еще его дом далеко от трассы, это тоже затрудняет подьезд к дому весной! Но уезжать в америку он не собирается!

I planted 4 sugar maple about 25 years ago to try maple syrup, thinking with grand kids, and they are huge now, not the kids the trees. But I have buds, falling off and flower bulbs are popping up. There are too few maples in Russia to extract maple sap. But there are plenty of birch trees from which Russians extracted sweet-smelling birch sap - just the same in spring, in March-April, before the leaves blossom. Waking up after winter, these trees are very active in pushing sap up the trunk to grow leaves, fill them with this sugar and moisture, and synthesize chlorophyll to start the process of photosynthesis, the natural process of converting carbon dioxide into oxygen when exposed to sunlight.

The movement of sap in the tree begins in the spring.
