Do you live in Florida? Humidity is definitely up there in the summer months. Spring can be very hot and dry though. Sanford is a great place to live!

Great question! 1 bedroom apartments typically start around $1700/month for this area. On average I would say about $1900/month.

It's generally much cheaper in surrounding towns like Sanford than in the big cities like Orlando and Tampa and then there is Miami which is beyond off the charts unfortunately for them.

Can't disagree but traffic and crime has always been issues in Florida but not many places have all the world famous entertainment that Florida has to offer like the family theme parks exciting clubbing night life and world famous beaches. Although Florida does lack the beautiful seasons like fall and spring is incredibly hot and humid and has a major issue with homelessness drugs crime and natural disasters too especially hurricanes and is no stranger to floods tornados and wildfires too. It all depends what one desires and what one is willing and not willing to live with.
