Do you carry groceries with you on the Metro or on you bicycle? Do you use Uber/Lyft for the once a week trip to the Harris Teeter? It seems like this would be a downside of not owning a car.
Also we don’t have good public transportation, with that being said you will pay more for transportation (gas, Uber/Lyft, bus) and the commute around the city as well. Tampa also have longer wait time for transportation options that you will choose. Ex: If you’re looking to live/work in the South Tampa area (Bayshore, Davis/Harbor Island, Palma Ceia, Culbreath Isle, Sunset Park) etc prices are high! Seminole/Tampa Heights has become trendy and prices have skyrocketed there as well.
@@KeziahWestwood so funny I just moved to dc from that area St. Petersburg to be specific, after covid I was like wth! And so many people are moving there. Town and country in Tampa still maybe relatively reasonable 🤷🏾♀️
Hey man, heading to DC in March and was wondering if you had recommendations for steakhouses near Capital One Arena. I’ve seen plenty of options online but would rather get an opinion from a local like you.
