The day starts with Doug heading into Wilson Complex at 6:14 am in the morning to pick up his train from the Wilson Hostler. This part focuses on how the employees got into the subway as operators at the TTC. It then looks at the misconceptions about the position, training involved and what the employees enjoy about their job.
