Warm Up: 2-3 Rounds : Hold Position for 1-2 Breaths
-Side Roll : 5x/direction
-Side Bent Sit to Tall Split Kneel : 6x alternating sides
-Deep Kneel Sideways Reach : 6x alternating
-Deep Kneel Reverse : 6x
-Cross Sit Forward Reach : 5x
-Sideways Step Over : 5x/side
Emphasis:
3-5 Sets : Rest 1-2min : For more practical training try setting up obstacles to crawl under or through.
Hip Thrust Crawl : 5m + Shoulder Crawl : 5m
Option 1: for distance as shown : the following crawls in sequence : more advanced practitioners may repeat the circuit with little or no rest 1-2 more times
Option 2: individual skill practice : perform each skill separately for the recommended sets, distance, and rest.
Option 3: for time : switch randomly and often between the two skills : brief rests as needed (Beginner - 30sec, Intermediate - 1min, Advanced - 1-2min)
Combo: 3-5 Rounds
-Side Bent Sit Get Up : 5x/side *loaded for more challenge
-Backward Sprawl From Kneel : 6x or Backward Sprawl (Neutral Spine) or Backward Sprawl (Hips Extended) : 8x
-Pivot Reverse : 6x
-Push Press : 8x

Love the new format! Wa-a-ay better than clicking on each video separately. Watching someone do a complete sequence also gives a better idea of flow and pacing.

These exercices are really amazing! I'm an inactive person, my activities turn around desks most of the day. I started this sequence today and felt very good. I loved the fisrt exercise so much (gives you a great sense of joy!). There are 2 exercises (near the end) couldn't do properly and I tried to respect the limits of my body in this very beginning stage. I enjoyed also shoulders crowling (since I frequently suffer from back and shoulder pain). But I believe that doing frequently these types of exercises that respect the body and are more natural than other sophisticated ones will certainly help me to overcome my inactive state and bring me smoothly to an active state, things that I could never found in fitness clubs and I used to drop out easily from fitness clubs! What if you have a client that cannot do deep kneel or squat beyond 90 degrees?

I recommand to start with just the 1st exercicse! It's really fun and it will give you the appetit to move to the 2nd exercise, then the 3rd, etc. I found two exercises difficult (by the end of this routine) but I just tried what I could do in this stage and didn't want to push more in order not to cause any injury for this inactive body that I'm carrying 10 years ago (overweight)!!😊 Good luck and please, let me know your feelings after doing just the first exercise!
