These exercices are really amazing! I'm an inactive person, my activities turn around desks most of the day. I started this sequence today and felt very good. I loved the fisrt exercise so much (gives you a great sense of joy!). There are 2 exercises (near the end) couldn't do properly and I tried to respect the limits of my body in this very beginning stage. I enjoyed also shoulders crowling (since I frequently suffer from back and shoulder pain). But I believe that doing frequently these types of exercises that respect the body and are more natural than other sophisticated ones will certainly help me to overcome my inactive state and bring me smoothly to an active state, things that I could never found in fitness clubs and I used to drop out easily from fitness clubs! Thank you so much MovNat !👍💚

Movnat is a revolution. It transformed my physical ability to be able to do all the things in life I enjoy, and all the things I need to. After being wounded in conflict it is both physical and mental rehabilitation.

The knock out punch is achieved by falling. The longer you fall the more explosive the force. The strength of wrapping your thumb 👍 needs to be great. Stronger thumb more kinetic energy it can hold on to. Does rolling into strikes take away its power you think?

@Nimalan-zo7gk maybe bringing your elbow back like chambering in martial arts. Your elbows can work like a planes landing gear. Look into that. Its achieved from 4 bar linkage.

And u did inspire, in my childhood i used to do all of the above, and 9 yrs ago when i first found this video i restarted to include theese movements in my life ...❤❤❤ i d love to see more of videos like the one on Corsica , or like a full trail of movements like a thriatlon, including a dive a swim, runing uphill, climbing some trees ,crawling and at the end reaching the peak of a hill/mountain or the other way back and then just relax on the beach by a fire ❤...
