Striker would have been much cooler if he had actually decided to not listen to Stella. Money be damned, this is pro bono. It'd also be a bit of a wake up call to Stella about how royally (pun unintended) she almost screwed up.
He HAS to go along with his Client's wishes, regardless of his own. That's the job. If he went against her order to keep Stolas alive, he'd lose all face as a bounty hunter, meaning nobody else would hire him in the future. When you're hired to do something, you do it to the letter or not at all. That's true for any business.
The lyrics for both the country rock and bubblegum pop of Whatcha thinkin' about for those who are curious. Please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. @@ruwa8754it's not an actual song. Although there's some rumor that the RU-vidr that helped make it is working on full version and this was just used as a demo teaser.
2:52 - 2:55 I think this was a weak ending. After outdoing Millie and Moxxie with such ease, Striker loses to the latter in terms of strenght? Really? It even contradicts the point of E5, when Moxxie acknowledges to use his brain and his weapons.
I don't think it did contradict E5. Moxie did use his brain to get him out of a bind and it worked and when he dropped his guard for that split second he capitalized on it immediately and used Striker's weapon against him.
