Not taking away from Moza, would love them come to PlayStation. Would grab their setup as I got two of Logitech DD Pro Wheels. One at my place and one at my parents. 🕶️As Moza really shells out great unique and good quality and good value stuff. But in my personal experience. Logitech DD has objectively better FFB than any Moza DD offerings. Better feel of car and the road, in iRacing, ACC, WRC and Dirt Rally. Hopefully Moza new update will help with their FBB. Logitech need rims, quality handbrake and quality shifters! It just their eco system lets them down. Still I only play GT7 on PS5, don’t need shifter or handbrake for that! I play other tiltles on PC, using Moza SQ Shifter and Hanbrake 😂😊
It really does look like Moza is taking on the entire industry. I want a CS DD+, currently using all Fanatec, but if I can get an R12 and an active pedal for my PS5 I’m all in.
im currently saving up for my future sim racing setup. The best thing about saving up and waiting.... is that new products are coming out. i was thinking between simagic and moza, but now i think i might end up with a whole moza setup. can't wait to see what more products companies make. Logitech is taking too long i was thinking of going of the pro wheel but due to lack of any accessories, im not even looking at them anymore.
After changing my entire setup over to moza. I even bought a used handbrake & it was missing parts. After 2 days of back & fourth to their customer service they said they'd send the parts with me only paying shipping. I hope they're around a very long time & I'd stick with them. Best I've used so far!
Exciting stuff, indeed! The hurdle for Moza PS5 compatibility is the Sony licensing (fee). Surely someone in Sony would realise that sales of the consoles are being negatively affected by not having this feature.
Im not even a trucker but i want the multifunctional stalks! Just takes it to a new level when driving street cars with dynamic weather and time. My only concern is how wheel it work with a wheel extender
Impressive, but I have to admit when it comes to the higher end - I cannot state enough that if Moza really wants to put the dagger in the market they need to do one thing - Simhub compatibility. Especially with Dashes.
I will follow the development of those active pedals, very good news to motivate all brands to develop active pedals and reduce prices (simucube). But the Porsche wheel does not have Funky Switch for black box?
I never been a fan of any company. Moza is probably going to be the exception. Picked up an R9 back in 2022 and have been enjoying it ever seen. I love how they pushing tech while keeping it affordable. Love the wheels too!
Currently saving up and almost able to make my decision. Any recommendations? I play iracing and acc. I use a g29 currently. Looking for the r9 plus pedals. Wheel is what I'm unsure
I have had the r9 r5 and r12 and honestly the r9 is plenty for most normal people. I would go with the new crp pedals as I love my v1 set and for wheel that’s just personal preference but I would go with the gs or ks and maybe the cs for regular cars if you like
@@Scientist-exe it is definitely better but he was asking about the r9 specifically I only mentioned the r12 because that’s what I run. Obviously I love my r12 but that wasn’t what he was asking specifically
Bro, as soon as my Fanatec goes to bin, i might join the moza hype train, those pedals, if they are in a competetive pricing, i will go ham on those. Those wheels are more funktion and ergonomics than anything else i have seen on other providers.
Hello Kieth. Thank you for making this great video. I was deciding between Moza and other competitors for building a sim rig at the end of the year. This video put Moza into pole position P1 for me. Hey Moza, please make more console compatible products and take the checked flag; Baby!!! WOOO!!! 🏆
Moza to ps5 would be amazing I am currently deciding between simagic with sigma cortex, waiting for the Logitech event next month to see if they will introduce a 15nm with new accessories or fanatec if they can get back on their feet, if moza announce ps5 compatibility I will get moza for sure.
Okay this is all very cool and I can’t wait to get myself some new Moza gear. Never been into real expensive sim racing before and Moza seems like the best option after all this.
Arrrrgggghhh, Moza throwing a spanner in my toolbox. I have never been a FANATEC fan boi, not that there is anything wrong with there products, just did not want to go down that line. Moza comes into the market and I am, "ooooo looks good, good price", so on my bucket list. then I find out that friends have had a few issues with some of the Moza products so I am not so sure. They have just added themselves back into the bucket list along with SIMAGIC and ASETEC. Arrrrgggghhhh what to go for. It really might have to be Moza as I do love playing ETS2 and ATS when I wanna chill. Thank you Kireth for this vlog, keep up the good work, I watch and like 90% of the vlogs, usually skip the Playstation/Gran Turismo stuff though.
When I heard moza r3 compatible with Xbox I was in cheers. Then I saw the pedals, I was in tears. I love the round wheel. So could know buy an r3? Add the c1 pedals and it will work ? Great vid kireth happy days
@RADERFPV but try to be positive about it, it just a matter of time until this Moza Software becomes more popular that there will be a whole market of screens and dashes, they do need to update the FSR to have this Software first
This makes Moza #1. That's why I bought into their ecosystem. An active pedal and that Mission R wheel are going to be groundbreaking. This will probably be the nail in fanatecs coffin. Who would buy anything fanatec with what's on offer at Moza?!
Great line up of parts, I was hoping to see an improved set of budget load cell pedals. I think my next wheel upgrade will be from Moza but maybe keep my CS2 pedals.
I have all my money in Fanatec. Moza was newer on the scene when I was deciding. Yeah... I am hoping that Fanatec pulls out of their issues. I am going to buy a Moza hand brake though.
Awesome stuff! Indeed would be great to see Moza products come to PS5. I do most of my driving on PS5 with Logitech G29, and im starting to look for better setup upgrades. Moza would deffinetely be up there if it was available on PS5.
With everything Fanatec is going through and what Moza is doing... I definitely have an unsellable albeit still usable 1500 euro paperweight with the DD2 (it is a sad thing), and I now definitely will consider Moza in my future.
I have the Moza R16, FSR wheel and crp pedals and i love them. But Moza's pithouse is a different story. I can't load my preset settings from the pedals, I see no F1 preset settings and i have some other issues with pithouse. Never the less i would never go back to Fanatec.
If Moza gets PS5 comparability I will upgrade to Moza for sure. I was put off Fanatech for years due to there distribution system, plus there website not the most user friendly then you add there customer service issues that’s why i’ve not upgraded. I’m the sort of person who would go to shop and try before I buy . Is there a shop in South London?
I got the R5 bundle and I'm using it with my PS5. Yes the ras1ution is needed but living in Canada just made the Fanatec too high in price. If/when MOZA becomes PS ready, I hope that a update to the wheel is all that will be needed.😎
I want to upgrade from my G29 and MOZA have been big on my radar, but since I do GT7 on top of PC sim racing, PS5 compatibility is a must, so if MOZA comes to PS5, they'll easily get my money.
Could you pls make a playlist out of all the Fanatec downfall and future prediction videos you've made? I wanna watch them but not miss one by accident.
just subbed kierith was wanting to know i have a csl dd pro with 3 different wheels but what do u think is moza going to go the same as fanatec and do u have any updates on what is actually going on at fanatec should i be thinking off selling my fanatec gear cheers buddy
@@Kireth nah. I never bought the car since I could see in the race results that hardly anybody was participating in those races. I would have loved to, though
i wish they would make it for Playstation. the moza stuff looks so good. imo it looks the best of all the brands. i know theres the adapter to make moza work on PS but i dont want to use it like that. im going over plans and ideas for a sim rig and want to use moza with it but i cant. im currently only playing on PS & until i can afford to switch to a good gaming pc im sticking to PS for this sim rig. i have the PSVR2 but zero wheels as of now. i will likley grab soemhting off market place for time being until i can get my hands on a legit dd wheel and good pedals.
Personally I think gt7 should drop fanatec for moza as there main sponsor there so much better in the long term especially since fanatecs financial issues
I keep hearing good things about the R12 firmware update that just came out. We need some people to compare it to the simagic alpha mini... I'm sure simagic will be releasing an active pedal soon.
Sim racing where you can still sell a flat peice of carbon as an "upgrade" over machined aluminum and charge a premium lol. Better yet it can be fiberglass with just the outerlayers being carbon for appearance
If Moza brought their will and pedal sets to PlayStation I buy one tomorrow instead of fanatec or anybody else but let's see if they got the stones the brand the Gran Turismo 7 or PlayStation 5 or are they just scared
Yes, you need to get a Moza wheel base that has enough ports, so a port for pedals should be enough unless you have also a moza shifter you want to use, you will also need the new Moza ESX which is an Xbox compatible steering wheel, after which you just need to connect your pedals to your wheel base and then connect the wheelbase to your xbox, so theoretically, you could get the Moza R16 V2 +ESX Steering wheel + SRP and it will work with xbox
We need ps5 compatibility, stuck with only 2 compatible companies and I don’t trust fanatec, Logitech is over priced. Waiting for thrustmaster to bring their DD console wheel. But moza would be a great option
It's hard not to love Moza.. I have none of their products because I needed something compatible with GT7.. But man, I can say for certain that I will get the hotas and pedals. Force feedback stick? Haven't had that since the Sidwinder Force Feedback Pro in like 2002 or whenever that could have been. Fantastic stick. Most definitely pure trash VS this new MOZA force feedback base.
Bring ALL these items to PlayStation 5 compatibility FAST and I wont buy a Fanatec. Id go with the Moza R9. But if its not fast, I'm gonna spend my money on a Fanatec.
Its gonna take a while, because in order to work with playstation, you need to make a playstation compatible wheel base which will cost more than the normal one for licensing reasons
F*ck MOZA say what you say about Fanatec they are still the best wheel base on the market PlayStation,Xbox and PC in one wheel base come on now.. you guys are just jealous and here in the USA we never had problem ordering their products nor customer service..
So I can basically buy the xbox wheel, R12 base and the CRP2 pedals and it will all work on xbox??? price for that lot is £1037 with no discounts, if that’s the case and it will work on xbox, take my money now!!! **UPDATE** I've emailed and got a response back from Moza, R12 base and the CRP2 Pedals are compatible with the ESX wheel, so everything will work on Xbox platform also the ES formula wheel mod is compatible with the ESX wheel.
Well, they just took your money then, because that's exactly how it works. I'd double check on the pedal support before ordering though, just to make sure the xbox recognizes them.
Moza needs to have playstation compatibility. With a ps5 chip in the base and an xbox chip in the wheel. I can finally leave logitech and go direct drive as I don't really like fanatec and I like moza but play xbox, playstation and pc.
