Mozzarella Potato Cakes Recipe | Cheesy Potato Pancakes | Potato Cutlet 

These potato pancakes are made with mashed potato and stuffed with mozzarella. Simply boil chopped potatoes till soft. Then add salt, pepper and cornflour. The cornflour/cornstarch will help give the pancakes shape. Mash everything to combine the ingredients. Fill with mozzarella and pan fry till golden.
