Uganda is having alot issues like ill equipped hospitals, poor govt schools, political prisoners,high rates unemployment of youths etc..and here these MPs wasting time discussing useless personal issues on the expense of taxpayers money.wake up Ugandans.
This is something small which can’t make parliament fail to do other things. Mainly if people voted in parliament are serious and salt and respect to each other than the half baked and part time thinkers we have in parliament on both sides.

Counsel Lukwago is intorragting the personal biases of these people. He is doing a good job. So the Corporol told the committee about his personal opinion which tainted with biases.
It is clearly not the CCTV cameras that Ugandans invested in that are the problem, it is the officers using them to investigate that can't even report their findings accurately.

Katutu helped him by asking several questions abt the same even when Lukwago asked katutu to leave the contradictions for the judgement. Katutu stated that NO hanging question will be left.
Whichever way this matter goes, I’m inclined to inform my grandmother that parliament accommodates Abdul Katuntu as long serving member who still behaves as a quack lawyer.😅 Timing is very critical in any investigation but unfortunately Kantutu can’t allow Lukwago to assiduously examine Aggaba to a logic conclusion.
What is so sad there is nothing any more they can do to Hon. Zaake, because Zaake Complained about all NRM representatives who are not helping people who voted for them, and what is wrong with that? What about Museveni who calls Ugandans Pigs??
They cannot take Honourable Francis Zaake to court because he did not break any law but they feel they should teach him a lesson. They feel their personalities were incised by Honourable Zaake.

When does the Lord Mayor serve our interest as voters in Kampala and those in his party(FDC) and those of Kampala. I see a lot of time being spent here, yet you even invite him to preside over a function within the city and he keeps saying he is busy. Ugandans enjoy drama! See the small thing taking time when we have issues of human rights and then defense for those who violate them is at its peak!
