+1! I'm from chile...in 2006 there was a chinese guy that opens an arcade center in my city, and he listened lots of some kind of italo disco, but with chinese arrangement... At first Canto rap may sound strange, but now that it has became more wide spread its not that weird, but rather a matter of good or not. So, its all about the skill of the emcee. Same goes with sing R&B, but i guess david Tao proof that its possible.
