The way you’ve handled your recovery and kept on creating is super inspiring- thank you for the great content, just might have to get an mpc finally lol
@@Marx-Lennon surgery to remove a brain tumor. His recovery really has been amazing, especially because he didn't let surgery stop him from putting stuff out.
Especially in difficult times, it is nice to see things are developing positively. Seeing you back on track makes me happy from the bottom of my heart. Carry on brother.
I honestly can't think of 1 way you could have improved this review. You told me everything I possibly needed to know and loads of thing I hadn't even thought of. Thank you so much for the clear and creative review :) Michael
I’m saving to buy mk3 How does it compare ? Can make a video I’m not bail tonight user so... What should I look into? Btw that’s cool that they send u staff! Love ur reviews and jams! Keep it up!
The internal speaker, new master volume location, cv's, link, and extra buttons are a huge selling point for me. Live II is great for mobile applications.
I just cancelled my order for the MPC LIVE because shipping took too long, and now I see this video today. I started with the X and love the Live bc portability. Excited to see this
I’m actually impressed with the speaker on the unit. Your video portrays it in its real environment and it has a good flat level sound and not hyped k the Harmon speaker. I think Akai is on to something!
lol - the reason i stopped travelling with the MPC Live was it was super chunky and a pain to take on flights (can't check in because of battery) - and they went and made it bigger!
This video definitely convinced me to purchase the MPC Live II after 23 years of DAWs. I bought it an hour ago and as I write I still have to unpack it; Thanks for this boost and greetings from Italy!
Finally pulled the trigger on the Live 2. Been rewatching a lot of MPC videos now. I really appreciate your content. You have been a huge help, throughout this decision making process. Thank you.
@@lorenzasession1091 thank you for answering that question as I have the Maschine and the plus but want to get the MPC Livell and you helped me out a lot, thanks again
Hi Accurate Beats, nice short review. Did you try to connect an iPhone with the MPC Live as host via bluetooth MIDI with firmware 2.8, ? I can’t. It’s impossible to pair it right. Maybe you had some more luck?
Hello!!! Thank you for all your great videos! Could I ask you, if you had to keep just one machine!, would it be the MPC ONE or the MPC LIVE II?? This question is tearing me apart !!! Help me!!!!
Accurate you look fucking awesome man, people let a lot of bad shit get them down but you didn’t and look how far you’ve come. Cheers to good health and good music mate🍻
Bro.. looking fly as f... glad you're doing better. Seriously... thanks for breaking down the Live II, and the relative speaker demonstration. Being able to take a device to a new location without needing headphones... tight. Akai did a'ight with that speaker.
Bro, you're video editing is excellent. I watched a few videos about 6 months ago. They were good editing but this is definitely improved. Thanks for your effort. Keep up the good work. Subscriber for life.
Hey! I’m looking forward to buy Live but can’t decide which one. Here in Greece mki is still sold brand-new 400€ less than mkii. I don’t care much about the speakers or the CV outs. Also specs and software are pretty much the same. Do you believe that the extra buttons are worth this extra cost? (maybe solving serious workflow fuss?)
I just got an MPC One and LOVE the workflow. I am looking at getting the LIVE II or the MPC X. What would you suggest? Getting the Live II and some outboard supporting gear like a Yamaha MODX or getting the MPC X and letting it be the master of my home music production/recording studio?
Great video bro and I always appreciate your honest feedback! I bought my MPC Live last September, and I was getting nervous but I'm more than happy with it, and encouraged more after seeing the video. Thanks again bro!
Hello, great video, just had a question about the MPC live II. I am planning on taking the live II with me when travelling on international trips, just wondered if I could use an international plug converter or would I need a transformer when using the 19V MPC power supply? Love the content keep up the great work, Thanks, RMS
You, sir, are looking great!! I'm overjoyed to see you are making such great progress! Keep making them beats brother! :) I don't think I'd want a speaker on my MPC though, I like to use the cans and hook up to proper speakers if ever playing audio out loud but I'm sure it will be helpful for some people. Think I'm going to cop the MPC One.
Half the price and your not missing anything, internal battery on the live will crap out one day, Bluetooth is easy to add to the mpc one plus portable battery pack are a thing
Back to normality Accurate! Glad for that! And, was it necessary to show you can handle the drums of the 2 mpcs together? Haha... Hardly I can with one! See u in the next one!
Does it have all new sounds or is it the same pre loaded kits as mk1? Also wondering if the looper finally works, probably not 😂 im not mad about it just curious
I have the MPC Live II.... The last drum machine/sampler that I've owned was the EMU SP1200. My dude, you've gave a great review, although it took me awhile to program a track, this machine is definitely a monster.....
Really ? They added stuff that allow you to not carry a seperate speaker and a headphone is not necessary either. It is portable and much better than the compromised MPC one with people sticking powerbanks to the side and adding powercords and crap.
Really liking your channel. Your reviews and demos have helped me understand the MPC product range. Looking forward to a dawless Live 2 video in the future.
Dear Accurate, im a follow follower but how the fcuk did u manage to get one so quickly? Ur incredible!! You think its worth upgrading? Salut from Basle. And yes nice seeing you doing so well!!
He is sponsored by akai, that means each time akai makes a new mpc he automatically get one from akai themselves so he can make a video review on it, and he keeps the product.
can you please use the extra outs on the Live 2 in an example compared to less outs in the first Live. What scenario would you use so many outs on the Live 2? Thanks. I want an MPC and Live seems like the route to take. Do I need all of the extra outs?
Speaker sounds great but for me it just appears to be a reason to fill a much needed palm rest. I have only used the older MPC's which all have palm rests so my initial thoughts when demoing the 1st MPC Live was it felt really odd without it. Is the MKII more comfortable to work on over time?
ldb the main thing for me is the time stretching update in standalone mode - you can now use the ‘pro’ algorithm which is what the akai force uses which is supposed to be considerably better!
I just sold my mpc touch and thought about getting the live gold version but now I think I'm soo getting this one, awesome review like always and I'm very happy to see you recover brother 🤜🔥🎛👑👌
Accurate Beats I also bought the headphones you have (Neumann) I love the MPC one ! And now I need the live mk2. Here’s a stupid question, I have mainly just FL Studio and an iPad , can the iPad connect to the live via Bluetooth audio so I can sample or is it better to just line in ?
Unanimous Music Group it definitely is , I got it and been messing with it for a little but it doesn’t have a built in battery so when I want to take it to work , I have to lug the power adapter or get a battery bank like accurate beats did on a previous video. With the live I won’t have to worry about it. (My office is limited on outlets lol)
I'm glad to see u warming up to the new Akai products. I've always used Mpcs and they have worked great for my production. I've personally never used a computer for music production ...although I record with people who do. These new Mpcs have gotten me back into producing heavily like I used to. 👍Love your vids bro. God bless
