Mpumalanga premier unveils provincial cabinet 

Newly-sworn in Mpumalanga Premier Mandla Ndlovu has unveiled his
provincial cabinet during his inauguration in Mbombela.
He takes over from Refilwe Mtsweni-Tsipane, who is now the National
Council of Provinces chairperson.
