How did you cut those flaps out of the wing? The hinging doesn't seem to be all that difficult (honestly I'll likely just 3D print something when I decide on exact geometry) but to really do this right the flaps need a different profile then the ailerons and I can't seem to figure out how to do something that is a different contour for half the length of the wing in a foam wing.
