Thank you sooo much for this detailed video! I was gifted this for Christmas and your video helped me. Can’t wait to start my iced latte obsession at home now 😄
I have only liked a handful of videos on RU-vid and this is one of them. Super helpful, I’m loving my machine. Now I can make the perfect iced latte, so thank you!
Thanks for this video, I have been looking for this online, I had the frappachino one it finally croaked after 2 yrs, but I only payed 12 bucks new in box for that at resale shop. As for this machine, I just paid 5.49 at goodwill, it looks brand new, I don't know why anyone would get rid of it, I didn't have instructions so I found your vid to see how to use it. It doesn't even have a scratch on it, it is missing the filter basket, I can use regular filters, but I ordered a replacement online for 4.97 deal!!!! I'm still going to disinfect before use .
Thank you so much for this detailed review! With Black Friday deals I was on the fence if this would be a good coffee maker for the price BUT now I’m sure it is! Thank you so much!!!
thank you so much my dude. i been looking for one of these for my mom, she loves iced coffee's so im glad to see this can make both and has a foamy thing
Hey! Love your review! Quick question- does your basket have the spring thing on the bottom to prevent dripping when not brewing? Not the mesh basket but the one under it. Thanks!!!
If you’re not making the full cup do you really need that much ice? I have the iced coffee maker just curious. I’m looking at this though it looks real nice.
wow great question, If you don't want to use pods then the Mr coffee, it also has a better milk Frother. but if you need larger quantity of coffee then the 24 oz Ninja is the way to go.
Oh, here is the video of the one I bought. Compared to the Lux model is there one you prefer over the other besides cosmetics? Do you think it's worth the extra money?
@@JustADad Thank you so much for getting back with me. My hubs and I are trying to figure out which to buy between this and the New Mr Coffee you reviewed that makes regular coffee and iced coffee. We’re both new to coffee drinking and he likes a really strong espresso type for morning and I have been buying the cold brew at the grocery Stokes and Starbucks ready made but want one of these. Love love your channel and your reviews.
Mr Coffee 4 in 1 Latte, Iced, and Hot Coffee Maker won't brew, and water stays in reservoir. It brews a few drops. I've rinsed it clean and cleaned it, but that didn't help.
Love your videos and this machine. However, has anyone tried brewing back-to-back? The hot grounds are easy to dump and replace, but soon after one brew, when you pour water into the reservoir, it steams so violently - enough to make you spill your remaining water all over the place. The obvious thing is to just wait for the reservoir to cool. But has anyone found a way around this?
Just move the brew head to the side before pouring in more water. The inside of the coffee will instantly vaporize the water when it is hot. No harm if you just point the brew head to the water instead of the coffee grounds.
Same odd idea. Best to get a larger tray and make your own large square cubes. My freezer creates ice cubes too small as well. By the time the over ice brew is done on the Frappe’ version the ice is all melted. Makes no sense to brew hot over ice. All they had to do was not engage the thermostat when the over ice button is pressed. I understand the steam brings out full flavor. However, this method on both latte and frappe machines is counter productive.
As I said in your last video on one of these things - it in NO WAY delivers anything even resembling an espresso shot. It is a small drip coffeemaker, with a horrendously slow milk frother. In NO WAY did you make any sort of Latte with this thing.
It’s not supposed to be an espresso machine. It’s just supposed to imitate one while being able to make different kinds of drinks. He made that very clear in the video Bryan.
So many times he kept mentioning espresso. The name of the machine itself is misleading, as a true Latte contains ESPRESSO which this machine simply CANNOT make. It is a small batch drip coffee machine.
@@bryanirvine6169 Nobody is mistaking it for a real espresso maker. If you want a true ESPRESSO machine, go buy a breville or something. This is obviously just a cheaper alternative.
It's not an alternative AT ALL. That's my point. It's a drip coffeemaker. That's it. Even if you put espresso roast and fine ground coffee in it, you would not get espresso. And you need espresso for a Latte - so even putting that in the name is misleading.
@@bryanirvine6169 The name of the video? That's literally the name of the product... and I'll take a strong coffee in place of an espresso in my at-home latte when the price of the machine is significantly lower.
