One additional trick for this setup. When turning it off, close the valve at the propane tank and let the heater burn off that extra gas and pressure in the line. Your hose, connections, and regulator will last a lot longer without that constant pressure.

Can I use the Buddy heater connected toa 20lb propane tank in my house? (for an emergency if my power goes out for instance). I’ve seen so many conflicting reports. Thank you in advance!@@Robinson-Homestead
with this you can get 4-5 nights with running it for 10 hours. with the little buddy you can get about 7-8. Ive used it for all last winter in my car camping set up.
