I can totally relate to Lucy with the fridge door anecdote. My mother corrects anything she perceives as an error the nanosecond it happens, before I'm done finishing what I was doing which would have "corrected" her perceived "error" as part of accomplishing whatever task I was in the middle of in the first place. It drives me crazy. Not in a silly fun way, either. I fucking *hate* it.

Sorry Jon, but Lucy is right about the fridge door, every time you reopen it causes a suction action pulling more cold air out of the bottom fridge and replacing it with warm air. Better to just do it once.

No! She’s leaving it open while she cooks? I know so many people who just walk away from an open fridge, or leave it open while they fuss around in the kitchen. What about the polar bears? It would have been helpful if they read their answers as their writing was too small. So most of the time I didn’t work out what they were talking about. And what use was the background music other than to make it even more difficult to hear what they were saying.
