Composition du harpiste Turlough O'Carolan (1670-1738), ce morceau provient d'un fragment conservé par la Bibliothèque Nationale d'Irlande à Dublin.
L'arrangement que je vous propose s'inspire largement de celui que l'on peut écouter sur l'album "The Mist Covered Mountain" du groupe De Danann (Gael-Linn CEFCD 087, 1980). La guitare 2 arrive à la deuxième moitié de l'enregistrement et utilise le même accordage et le même placement de capo.

Ah , the most exquisite beautiful finger style guitar arrangement I have heard . Gives me chills every time I listen to it. I'm learning to play East At Glendart. You have inspired me , Mr. Banwarth. I love this style of guitar finger picking and music. Heavenly. It has been what I've been looking for since I started playing in 1974. Had there been youtube.com and video's like yours back then, I would be a strong player of Irish fingerstyle traditional guitar. Beats classical anyday in my book. This is Classical. Many Thanks for this -- a lovely arrangement. One of Carolan's lesser known tunes, but one of my favorites. You have inspired me to do an arrangement for mandolin. It is not as lovely as yours, but I am happy with it. I will probably post it in a couple of weeks. Merci bien, mon ami.

But guitar tabs 1 and 2 are available in the book "Irish Fingerpicking Guitar Vol.2". Available in pdf on my Bandcamp (jeanbanwarth.bandcamp.com/merch) or in printed book (mustradem.com/boutique/en/recueils-de-partitions/124-jean-banwarth-irish-fingerpicking-guitar-vol2.html) Guitar 1 plays the melody (+ bass) and can therefore be totally autonomous. Bonsoir Jean, Je viens de terminer le déchiffrage oreille/video de la première guitare. Cà commence à passer propre sans trop de pains si ce n'est que pour avoir de l'ampleur sur un truc comme çà c'est cathédrale de chartre obligé ; ) Autodidacte/musicalement analphabète ne souhaitant vraiment pas apprendre comment ne serait-ce que lire une tablature, j'ai beaucoup de mal à discerner la deuxième guitare. Ne te serait-il possible, de la poster en vidéo moyenant rétribution pour le temps passé? MMMEEERRRRCCIII

Non, ce n'est pas possible car cela me demanderait beaucoup trop de temps... Par contre la deuxième guitare est sans doute déchiffrable en jouant sur le panoramique puisque j'ai placé une guitare à gauche et l'autre à droite. C'est le cas sur le DVD et logiquement, ce devrait être valable également sur la vidéo RU-vid.
