The way Chang leaves kills me every time

rewatched Community 6 times and this is the frist time I realised Chang mouthing gay at 0:33

"Gaymurderersayswhat" "What?" "I've been instructed to point out that means you're gay!" It also means he's the murderer, but the gay part was important? Lmfao!

In fairness to Chang, Jeff and Britta did it on the study table.

I love how everyone else is appalled by the personal betrayals and Abed is just personally offended by Jeff’s review of the Grey.

What I think is funny is troy gets mad that him and abed have been washing paper plates because annie overcharged them, but then suggest if he did have the money, he would spend it on a tire swing So yeah, annie was right about them being bad with money.

Props to that actress for saying "Butts Carlton" with a straight face.

For like the entire series I thought Jeff and Abed were the best at reading and manipulating people. This episode made me realize it was Pierce all along.

I like how everyone is freaked that Abed might be a sociopath when he is the only one in the study group without some sort of personality disorder.

1:17 The way Troy answers that question is one of the funniest deliveries he ever gave on the show.

I always found it awesome that pierce knew all this but more importantly remembered all of it, the man used to forget everything and yet seemed to keep all this stuff locked in long enough for it to be said after his death proves that he loved them all, Pierce was always one of my favourites, abed being number 1 of course but still I found pierce funny and his advice at times was the most insightful

This was a LEGENDARY episode

This is the only episode that can consistently make me cry. Pierce really was the old, wise heart of the group. When no one knew what else to say, not even a Winger monologue, Pierce had the perfect words for the moment. RIP you crazy babywipe bastard

Prior to the table read, I never picked up on the joke around 1:50 Troy implies he and Abed might have to use sexual favours to get onto the boat, and that Annie wouldn't want to witness that. When she says "I guess not" the lie detector goes off 😆

Despite the ugliness between Harmon and Chevy, they still found a way to have Pierce exit graciously if not lovingly - that’s a show with heart

i love how they confront the racism in their characters are genuine flaws based on ignorance but still underneath they love each other despite their ignorances. it creates good comedy and really deep characters. sounds odd but it works.

First, the obvious: #SixSeasonsAndAMovie *#AndAMovie**!!!!!* 🥰 With that said, something hit me this Labor Day weekend as I watched all six seasons again. During *remedial chaos theory (RCT),* Pierce is "understandably" upset that *Troy moved out of his mansion to live with Abed.* At one point in a fit of passion, he even admits he is lonely and crazy. *Troy leaving him alone to be with Abed was a deep cut.* AND in one of the timelines when Britta picks up the pizza, Troy thanks Pierce for letting him live with him and so Pierce decides not to give Troy the Norwegian Troll doll. As they argue over it, Pierce says, *"Let me get you a water pick. A speed boat? Two water picks!"* 🤣 Which then leads me to these tidbits about the RCT & Pierce's Polygraph episodes: 1) RCT is when *Pierce decided to give Troy the Childish Tycoon* speedboat. 2) It's the episode when *Pierce starts to REALLY hate Abed* because in his racist mind, Abed "stole" Troy from him. 3) In this polygraph episode, *Pierce not only gives Troy the Childish Tycoon speedboat, but he uses that and the money as a way to get Troy away from Abed!* 4) Lastly, though not shown in this video, in addition to the sperm, *everyone EXCEPT ABED gets a gift!* Troy gets millions and a boat as long as he agrees to leave, Annie gets a tiara, Shirley gets a timeshare in Florida, Britta gets the iPOD nano promised during the "schmitty/Animal House" episode two seasons earlier, Jeff gets whiskey. Everyone except Abed Nadir. *Pierce never stopped Piercing even from the grave.* 😣

The lockdown readout surpassed this episode. Just by this clip alone. There should have been a beat after Chang is asked the question and his leaving.

Gay-murderer-says-what?

The most unrealistic thing about this (and really, most of the show) is everyone knows how divisive and untrustworthy Pierce is, and yet somehow reveal so much secret stuff to him. Why would he ever have needed to know, for example, about an account Annie had to skim her housemates' rent? That's the kind of stuff that should be incredibly easy to hide or lie about even if caught. My closest friends don't know half of what I get up to and I'm sure that's the same for most people. The same pattern repeats for all the main characters, really. I guess it's important in order to allow for such a show (and it is still an awesome show and my favourite) to progress, but to me that's the weakest point of the writing.
