Weddle is clearly suffering from heavy psychological trauma his emotions were all over the place and couldn’t stop breaking down in tears multiple times being isolated for 10 days with the very bright lights so he wasn’t able to sleep after he pleaded to shut them off but they refused to (with the smells of the hot Tub and ice cream machine not at all ) with no clock or sun then asking him to run a treadmill marathon which btw you need to train for weeks-months in advance which he didn’t get or was mentioned prior and get this the cherry on top he forced him to say on camera that he was glad to get the 100k and didn’t upload the video at all But what’s most disgusting of all Jake can’t sue him because Mrbeast could just use the “he agreed to the challenge and could pull out anytime” Also I frankly find it disturbing that people are saying he’s just yapping because anyone who had to put up with this yeah your not coming mentally stable tbh
Mrbeast could still get in trouble. Since keeping the lights on is actually considered a war crime and actual torture (look it up), and since weddle had requested them to be turned off. Weddle suing or beast getting into legal trouble still isn't 100% off the table. Now I'm not a lawyer, so there's a very good chance i could be wrong and he might get away with this. Also I'm pretty sure weddle stayed for 25 days, but the "goal" was 30 not 10.

Jimmy is a psychopath. I was just watching an evolution of Mrbeast video about all of his videos. The weirdo literally went from having no emotions at all to all of a sudden smiling and acting g energetic. He is 100 percent faking his emotions. I keep hearing Mrbeast doesn’t smile with his eyes.
Children, Mr. Beast shills and jackasses who categorize criminal activities, suppressing free speech, torturing employees/contestants and protecting PDF files under "yOuTuBe DrAmA" will continue supporting him regardless of his crimes.
He uses some of the most shady marketing tactics used by casinos and cult leaders, and aims them at little kids who don’t understand this stuff. Of course it’s going to be effective. He built a brand of trust becoming an authority figure to these children. He’s “saving the world and helping make it a better place” and giving them chances to win big too, if they’re loyal subscribers, viewers and lottery ticket I mean merch buyers! And the kids are so used to “hate” from people who are supposedly bitter that he’s “doing so much good”. At least it seems like that’s how it’s spun. As for the adult end, there appears to be plenty of adults in positions of power themselves who are fine partnering and making money with him like this too.

I hate how whenever Mr Beast gets criticized, people just point to the philanthropy channel as a defense. You can just tell that channel was made solely to be a point of defense towards his questionable actions instead of actually helping people.

The fact that he isn't responding but, taking down comments isn't a good sign either. There were other RU-vidrs who got accused in the past, those who didn't remove comments were shown that the rumors were false while those who tried to hide it were true.
The problem is youtube is protecting him in the usa boundaries thats why his sub count keeps growing. Its under usa Quarantine. So this guy wont get punished unless somone goes all the way and spread it around the world otherwise youtube will just sweep this under the rug. Could he be using subbots? I’m not 100% sure if that were to be the case, but it’s certainly possible that he is if lots of fans are unsubscribing to him like I just did.
Jimmy is using a tactic that RU-vidrs at about 1M or less subscribers use when they’re in a controversy, and that’s to stay silent, hoping that people would give up and everything passes, but with him being such a big public figure, people won’t get bored, so this tactic won’t work for him. Jimmy just has to own up to everything, apologize and take responsibility
@@YukoShushi the timing and lack of mention would suggest he doesn’t want to cover his friends the same as other people who are caught doing bad things. The largest RU-vidr is caught in extremely serious allegations and he’s uncharacteristically silent.
He's covered his friends controversy in the past multiple times, and also he literally stated he would stop making drama videos due to his mental health. It's not a surprise he's covering this, since he's not making drama videos anymore.

The challenge was difficult, yeah ofcourse it was difficult, but you don’t have to stay you can tap out at anytime, unlike prisoners, so the comparison is ridiculous. You were terminated for discussing wages with fellow employees, this is standard practice in many large companies. All the PDF accusations are the things we should be concentrating on, they are possibly the only real victims and is what needs addressing fully. Complaining that you are taking place in a filmed challenge and your ice cream machine is noisy and they won’t turn off the lights is just ridiculous

Of course there won't be a public response from mebeast on RU-vid addressing the allegation the majority of his subs don't even know about this and him making a response wiil cause them to look into it and possibly him losing a whole lot of subscribers. Sorry I didn't understand one thing, where are the legal documents about this member being a pdf? Also, what kind of sentence is "Even if that guy didn't do anything, they still knew it and he was still around" what sense does this sentence even have, if he didn't do anything he didn't do anything. Furthermore, it all comes from the testimony of a person who says he "heard" these things so he himself not even certain. Now I don't want to seem like some sort of champion of MrBeast, but on other occasions there have been much less well-known influencers accused of being PDFs complete with falsified chats. One of the most famous cases was Inquisitor3 where various people agreed to do everything to deceive him, catfish him, falsify chats, accuse him of being a pdf and delete him. And at the time they had brought evidence that seemed substantial like chats and various other things. That scandal ended with Inquisitor3's suicide and the discovery that it was all faked. This combined with the fact of the illegal lotteries, well if they really were and there wasn't even a difference, wouldn't that have allowed him and others to create a gigantic lawsuit, which there wasn't, a sign that evidently either it isn't illegal or it was resolved in other ways. Or the fact that he brought as evidence of video falsification, the use of CGI which was not hidden in any way and served as special effects (obviously). For now there is a great mix of things where the only thing that seems certain and with proof is a single video of Mr Beast with Mat which we are sure was faked (but which is not even remotely enough to balance all the good that Mr Beast has done). Like 4:18 you know right that two message aren't proof of anything right? Like i could do those in 3 minute, and there is a giant history of fake message to accuse giant influencer, and you and a lot of other are talking like those are undenaiable proof. And EVEN if it was true, you know right that Mr Beast is a giant production? Like you could find pervert and creepy guy everywhere in big enough production, tv show, movie, everywhere where there is a big enough production, even in small one but it's less likely. Finally, if it was all written down then you knew perfectly well what you were getting into but you think it's illegal why don't you sue him? Finally, if everything was written and you read and signed, and everything is not illegal, then the problems are YOURS, you wanted to go and participate, if you think you are the victim of something unfair SUE HIM, otherwise the blame falls on you that you didn't read/underestimated things due to your stupidity.
Saying one guy should get paid more because he has a kid is not a great argument to be fair. Are they do the EXACT same job? Hard to say. If the other dude didn’t like his pay he should have asked for more or not have accepted to begin with.
