They replied that they will send out a W-9 for reimbursement. This is NOT his salary, just the reimbursement. The only issue is the $1.7 million GoFundMe; everything else checks out and aligns with Mr. Beast’s reply to Keemstar. It shows that Mr. Beast had thumbnails since 2023 but no functional plan. After this guy pitched his detailed plan of Mario+Ninja Warrior, they saw how to implement it and decided to toss him aside. They merged his plan with their 2023 Fall Guys idea so they could claim it as their own if he ever exposed them. You can clearly see that Mr. Beast’s reply to Keemstar didn’t deny anything this guy said and only provided 2023 thumbnails of Fall Guys. even if the ipad sign on was a secret NDA, you can't 'trap' someone by tricking them into signing a contract. You can't legally sign a contract without knowing you are signing a contract. If Mr Beast isn't telling employees that they're signing an NDA when they sign it, then it won't hold up in court, making the NDA worthless.

The way I see it, he freely choose to participate in an interview like that without being employed.
