I think Asmongold was right to apologize, even though he ended up losing a lot of respect from some of his followers, and didn't gain anything with the haters. That said, the TOS for Twitch is bonkers with its references to "protected classes". The only people that aren't a protected class are straight white men.
I don’t understand why people want to see others get banned just because they don’t like them or agree with their takes. I hate that Asmongold got banned. He is one of my favorite streamers and I feel like he’s honest about things. I get why he got backlash for the way he spoke about this situation BUT he’s entitled to his opinions and I don’t think we should be silencing people for expressing their views. Kaseytron liked a tweet where someone was blaming Asmongold’s lifestyle for his mother’s death….and that behavior makes her no better than him.
