This 2 scenarios in one ; counseling about medication compliance and dealing with angry patient

The audio is too soft

Use headphones if you're struggling with the sound 👍 same comment as with the other example of this scenario - it would be useful to have mrcp comment on how this "candidate" was scored. Neither example seems great in terms of handling patient concerns & coming up with a plan together. Zero mention of lifestyle management options?

Facing a patient who is angry is a challenge for any doctor. Thankfully, it's uncommon in real practice.

If they did the video by any phone camera, it will be too much clear voice than this

Terrible sound, I couldn't hear the examiner

These kinda patients are a nightmare.
