So how do researchers develop these mRNA vaccines? Is the mRNA visible under electron or atomic microscopes? How do you work / replace messenger pieces at this minute scale?
Great question! They verify sequences using nucleotide sequencing. Look up polymerase chain reaction for a good introduction. Then look up Sanger termination sequencing and then illumina- sequencing by synthesis, then pacific biosciences SMRT and Oxford nanopore. that’ll give you a good idea of how it’s being measured. Gel electrophoresis and Sanger sequencing are the oldest methods and the slowest but one of the easiest to understand. I recommend learning about polymerase chain reaction at the same time because it’s required for all but the most recent sequencing methods.

I know it's perfect timing but it was 30 years in planning. The cryo storage expires after 30 years, and the product is recommended to be used in 10 years. There were millions of quarts in storage and we had to prevent billions of dollars in collections wasted. The reserves are extremely important to our covenants nation security. And to recognize the donors have a life span donating. I maxed out donating at 450 liters and my immune wouldn't support being a donor, causing seizures, having died and cpac back to life. I didn't feel a thing dying, I woke up not breathing, the emergency injected me with lorazepam after a quick lab test to make sure the beta wouldn't cross react. After that a Donor is done. When you can collect, how many volunteers, will they return. The saline used to not taste like petroleum before the shortage. The needles used to not have nickle "ultra pure stainless only". If you can get it right, maybe you get those donors to return once like me. Main thing don't waste the stock. PS those vaccines feel like taking ectasy!
Sorry I still do not know how you develop mRNA. Do you use chemical or take a cell from somewhere or from someone ? Please start from the beginning eg like baking a cake, flour, sugar etc... Do you take anything from a bat?
Jeriah Lee good question! I have been wondering the same thing myself and no one seems to have the answer. WHAT is the mRNA vaccine and HOW is it made? So far what I’ve found is that it essentially contains a pH balanced saline solution, “lipid nanoparticles” (which is basically some type of oil that can contain the mRNA) and then within each nanoparticle, mRNA. RNA is a complex molecule but basically it is going to consist of phosphorus, oxygen, carbon, hydrogen, and nitrogen. But the question is HOW is it created? And borrowed from what source? I want to know the prima materia, the starting “ingredients” for the cake they are baking. It’s not much to ask if you think about it, since it goes in the blood and all.
Also, they aren’t telling people what preservatives are in it. I had a pretty bad reaction to the J&J shot from 0-20 minutes, they don’t tell you it has polysorbate 80 in it, and the other to have polyethylene glycol. These could cause allergic shock reactions. That being said I also lost an unvaccinated friend to Covid just 2 days ago, so, I really feel like we are between a rock and a hard place the way things are turning out.
I asked my dr if he knew how the synthetic mRNA is made etc, and he said “that’s a good question”. He said it’s a “proprietary” thing which means they don’t divulge this info. Then I asked if he knew if each of the different brands use the same methods/ingredients for their products. He said “I don’t know but that’s another good question”. That was all I got.

@CaliN8tv Sd mRNA does NOT go into nucleus where the host cell DNA resides so it's impossible to be integrated into DNA. Not to mention that a single stranded mRNA can't insert into a double stranded DNA. It needs a reverse transcriptase (RT) that would copy the information from a mRNA to a piece of DNA and then that piece of DNA would eventually be integrated in the host DNA. HIV, a RNA virus, does this, but is supplying its own RT. Human cells don't produce RT. So there are two reasons why mRNA is safe.
From what I see the mRNA tells the cell to make spike protein and is then finished its work I don’t think it makes more mRNA. But what concerns me is the highly complex process to make the mRNA in the first place. How do they actually know what they are putting in you. Seems like one HUGE volunteer clinical trial to me. @@alainportant6412 There's a big difference between 3% and 0.3%, especially given what makes Covid dangerous is not its mortality rate, but its mode of infection. That's why understanding math is so important, 3% of a billion are far(!) more deaths than 90% of ten people or so.
