Ms. Marvel 1x4 REACTION/DISCUSSION!! {Seeing Red}

The trustworthy guys are gravitating towards Kamala....Bruno, Kamran and Kareem, all three of them just want to protect her. Kamala is so sweet, wholesome and innocent she makes you want to jump through the screen and protect her from evil. So Aisha and the Clandestines are not Djinns, they were just called Djinns and basically every other word in the book because they were exiled from their realm to Asia. The ending though with Kamala being sent back to that night of Partition brought tears to my eyes....if she's the "trail of stars" that leads her Nani to the train I'm going to be bawling!

So Disney really made me want to learn something with a superhero show. I actually researched “partition”. It was terrible, colonizers doing their worst for profit and power as usual but if not for Ms Marvel I never would have heard of this.

I love this show and screw the people who don't like learning About other culture im always excited to learn about other cultures

I was thinking about the same thing trey about how Monica is going to go off on carol about not being there for her and her mom and Kamala is going to realize how serious it means to be a superhero and how much you have to sacrifice to be one. And it’s also going to make her see that carol isn’t perfect either. I love carol but I feel like she wasn’t there for Monica because maybe she was busy.

I love Red Dagger. Also, that Waleed… holding his own against a bunch of super powered people! O-O he was awesome. Would have loved to have seen more of him. T-T … also really, time travel is NOT something I expected to see here. XD

They actually filmed the Partition thing at the end using sets & extras; there are BTS photos on Instagram Also don't pay too much to the Disney+ timeline thing, cause whoever Disney tasked with updating it has made errors with it that many diehard fans have pointed out are inaccurate

At the end of multiverse of madness when doctor strange was walking out of the sanctum Santorum u can see leafs on the ground it will have to take place sometime in November leading up into hawkeye

In regards to the order of the shows you guys are forgetting there was a time jump after Dr. strange cast the spell. The beginning of no way home school had just started. Remember in far from home Peter was on summer vacation. No way home started right after that.

I love this show so much. The culture, the family bonds, the history/stories. The magic/powers and superhero part is on the later for me. I know a few things about this culture, but a lot I don't know. I am learning so much and I love it. The ending scene gave me tears in my eyes. It looks so intense. I agree with you both. Dope episode. Kamala's and Kareem's interaction was significant. Kamala and Red Dagger vs. The Clandestine was an extraordinary scene in this episode. The chase scene in this episode was terrific. Kamala has excellent chemistry with Kareem. I loved the mention of Donkey Kong, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and Terminator. The Ant-Man artwork at the Karachi train station was marvelous. Waleed was a badass, and he went like a g. Also loved the Terminator reference in this episode. The Red Daggers Batcave looked terrific. ""When Red Dagger refers to Kamala Khan as an American, she retorts that she could be Canadian. This is a reference to Khan's actress Iman Vellani being Canadian. I love the cinematography in every episode of Ms. Marvel.

Some of the movies and show events are happening at the same time…for example…they actually came out and confirmed that Sylvie and what she did at the end of Loki happened at the Same time as the first spell in No way Home which is what messed the spell up in the beginning of the movie. So Sylvie messed up the spell.

Much like the events of Antman and Wasp were contemporary to the events of Infinity War. Some of these overlap.

@Married2theReal, 20:54 I think they already played that card in Multiverse of Madness. Marvel pissed a lot of people off by making the Ancient one a White women. In the end, I think it worked out, but it still rubbed people the wrong way. They just found a way to make the Sorcerer Supreme Asian via the blip, why take Wong out now? I don't think it'd be wise to do that now that they've given people something close to what they originally wanted. Wong isn't the Ancient, but he is on top and by having him investigate the Ten Rings, they've elevated his character. I can't see the MCU writing him out, not now, anyway. 21:06 I think we're getting there. The Falcon and the Winter Soldier introduced a big player called the Power Broker. The series made it look like Sharon, though it still might be someone else--she did answer to someone else on that phone call. Is Sharon human? She refused medical care despite getting shot in the gut. She walked it off! Personally, I think we're seeing an imposter, working their way into government. WandaVision introduced to SWORD and tipped us off to what they're doing, robotics and space flight and they confirmed what we already knew, which is that Nick Fury isn't on Earth but in space--Far From Home showed us that he and the Skrulls are building a space station of some sort. WandaVision and Far From Home also established that Skrulls working alongside Nick Fury are working undercover in a number of government agencies. While we do have some Skrulls working with the US government, we likely have some working against. We don't have confirmation yet, but as I said up top, Sharon might be a Skrull and she is working against the US government. Shang-Chi and Ms. Marvel are setting up multidimensional invaders by way of Ta Lo and now Noor. Kamala's grandmother and Najma said that she's a Djinn, and Waleed explained in this episode that Thor, an alien, would have also been called a Djinn had he arrived in the Himalayas. We learned in Thor that Bor's arrival on Earth was the birth of Norse gods for humans. We learned in the Eternals that they too influenced mythologies with the people they've interacted with too, why would it be limited to just them? I'm pretty sure that the severed arm that Aisha got the bangle from was Kree. I don't think it matters what humanity called them, that was their cover, they did what they needed to blend in. Kree in India would have been seen as gods with their blue skin, look at Krishna, Shiva, Vishnu and Rama. While most Kree are seen to be the warmongers Yon-Rogg and Ronin have shown them to be, Mar-Vell showed that not all of them are. Mar-Vell helped the US Airforce and NASA with project Pegasus. The Indian gods mentioned above are not evil, but good. I wouldn't be too surprised if the Kree and the magical jewelry were what influenced genies in the MCU. Ms. Marvel establishes that Kree were here on Earth as early 1942. The only proof we had of Kree on Earth before this was Mar-Vell in the 1980s. The Kree are responsible for Inhumans. Might the parallel worlds we're being introduced to be of Kree origin and home to Kree dissidence and their Inhuman creations? Wenwu was explained to be Chinese, but like Najma and her soldiers, he too was long lived. He told Katy in Shang-Chi that he went by many names and told her that one of those names was Master Khan. Is that the same as Genghis Khan? That would explain why his organization's mark was on the temple floor in India. The Mongolian empire stretched from East to West from Korea to Bulgaria and North to South from Russia to Iran. What we saw of Wenwu in the Iron Man movies and what he told us in Shang-Chi, he was a power broker! Is he the power broker they spoke of in Falcon and the Winter Soldier? Why was he long lived? Why did he want to take Ta Lo? He said that the rings kept him from aging, but was his body physically altered so that he could use them? Najma needs Kamala to use the bangle since Kamala is of Noor and this world. Wenwu isn't from Ta Lo, but is he from a parallel universe himself, genetically altered or what? What am I getting at? Secret Invasion! That series is coming later this year or early next year. Marvel's been dropping hints to this and I see this all coming to a head real soon, if not in this series. The Kree Skrull War we saw a little bit in in Captain Marvel is still going on and it's likely going to spill into human affairs here with the Kree and Skrulls already taking sides and fortifying their positions and stations on Earth. We are going to need a team of heroes to fend them off. SWORD is going to be needed to prevent an actual invasion. My guess is that we'll see a movie some time next year.

The partition should be taught in more world history classes imo. It was always about the Romans, Ottoman or Mongols. Never really any credit to how much suffering was going on during the Partition.
