This video is informative, but I still need guidance, I want to apply for foreign universities and I am clueless as to where to start from. I am physics graduate of 2020,and am currently preparing for various master's entrance exams in India, but the GRE Waive off due to this pandemic, caught my interest so I really want to apply for it.
Can I do PhD after MS in same university ? If so what is the least time when I can complete my Ph.d considering the fact that I take heavy course credits per semester?
A PhD isn't about courses. You can probably finish off all the courses in a PhD program in a year or two. But it's about the research work. That's what takes time. People do manage to finish PhDs in 3 years or so after their Master's but it's rare.
@@SachinPullil150 Would it be possible to transition to a PhD after a few semesters of MS or to begin a PhD thesis (rather than a master's thesis) after completion of the first half of the MS? One would effectively be joining a university for an MS program and graduating with a PhD in the duration it takes to complete a PhD.
Bro , I had done btech in EEE and I got 7 bands in IELTS ...which course should I do MBA or MS...main motto is to earn more and more money... If it is ms , then which subject If it is mba , then which subject Hoping a reply from you... planning to study in canada
You can still apply! There are many unis that accept 3 year degrees so you can apply to those. Alternatively, many of my students take a 1-2 year PGDP in India first before they apply, so that they can be eligible for more universities abroad.
