The only day that was chilly was the very first day as we left NY into the open water. It was a fantastic trip and I hope you have the best weather/cruise!

Haha 😂 yes many times, one time a dad was convinced I was him on a cruise and wanted me to sign autographs lol. Have an amazing cruise, the Meraviglia is such a beautiful ship.

We loved listening to all of the different styles of music throughout the ship. The trip into Brooklyn was easy on a Sunday, I felt bad for my brother though who wanted to drive us to the port.

It was a gorgeous ship, the best one out of the 3 we have been on (for MSC) Come join us the 2nd sailing of World America next April!

Well just got off Meraviglia. There is absolutely no comparison to our World Europa cruise last month. The food, service, entertainment was on another level compared to this one. On Europa our waiter had our wine bottles chilled at the table waiting every night and kept refilling without us asking. Had to actually tell him to stop a few times lol. On Meraviglia we would give our initial drink order then never asked if we wanted more. Dinner took 2 hours. On Europa we were in and out in an hour. The entertainment was not good at all. The singers were weak, the dancers were ok, the activities in general were boring. The lunch buffet was an absolute disaster with the overcrowding. Europa has 3 separate buffets on 2 levels and never got too crowded. I felt bad for some of the kids trying to get drinks and waters and the bartenders just ignored them and took other orders for long periods of time. They didn’t enforce the no kids policy in the back Horizon pool and bar. It was our second time on Meraviglia and we won’t be going back. Looking at either World America or Carnival Celebrating for next April.

Hey, thanks for your feedback! We agree with a lot of what you said. We will be doing a detailed review video soon. The ship is gorgeous though but I'm sure the World Europa is even prettier. We are actually doing the Celebration in October and the World America in April, so we are on the same page haha!

Wow that’s awesome great cruising minds think alike lol. We are looking at April 19 when my 6 year old is off from school to go in World America. We loved Europa and with all the new updates and comedy club I know it will be a great time.

@@NJBRANDON1 that’s the week we are booked, haha 😂 I’m sure the kids would have a good time together if you decide to do it that week.

We got there around 10:30 but we didn’t board until about 11:15-11:30. Our luggage was delivered quickly I want to say by 4pm but not positive. The buffet is open 20 hours a day, it closes during the safety meeting but then opens back up. The hot tubs and pools were all open for the most part minus a couple they were cleaning/painting.

We have been on a good amount but just started to sail on MSC last year. Out of the 3 we liked the Meraviglia the best so far. Gorgeous ship, overall the food was better than the other 2, crew was way more friendly, and just had a great time. We are looking forward to the World America next April!

Yes, however we did it before the pandemic before we reached diamond with Carnival so we are not quite at the top level yet on MSC. I think next MSC cruise we will be however. Awesome program, we wish more cruise lines would do this.
