So we were meant to be visiting a Christmas market in this Vlog, but as we learned the day before, the Netherlands have their markets in late December.
So we had a choice to make, stay in Rotterdam or take the excursion to Amsterdam, and as by the title you can see we did the latter.
We didn't have any real plans of what to see or do once in Amsterdam, so we just went with the flow. But we did know we wanted some stroopwafels and some of their famous frites.
