Meet Edgar, a Principal Engineer in the Public Utilities Board (‪@sgPUB‬) witnessed the birth of NEWater. Today, his job involves looking after the expansion of Changi Water Reclamation Plant (CWRP) and ensuring there is no disruption to our daily water supply. He also finds passion in sharing Singapore's Water Story to visitors from all over the world.
