Perfect speaking speed, I dont have time or patience to sit through a 40 minute video! As a complete beginner in flying, I absolutely fell in love with this plane as soon as I tried it out, so here I am learning more about it, thanks for sharing!
I was an expert during landing at flipping it nose first over, the only aircraft I have used that will just tip over nose first like that. One thing I appreciate on my trips with it is that single front cockpit seat allowing me to see so much. FYI, I started going into my camera settings, setting up for landing and you can also enable "Upper Position" which will seat you higher than usual and give you better sight of line looking horizontal directly ahead. I spent my first couple years on Infinite Flight, a mobile sim at 10$/mo. I learned a lot of knowledge, got tons of xcub time in and was woefully unprepared for MFS.
I was looking for tutorial on complete flight setup/settings for this plane and came across this video. I learned some stuff what you did there but if there's another video with full explanation on various buttons etc, please do route me. Thank you! My issue is whenever I turn on AP, the plane puts itself to nose dive even when the altitude selected is 3000 ft. 😢
Hello, I sometime flight the XCub but I like Savage Cub far better. I don't like screens, Savage is easier to land everywhere and it's what I ask to a cub plane.
A year ago, I was thinking I'm going to have to build a PC or get a next gen xbox because I was running out of patience. Microsoft announced and have released Xcloud which makes it possible for me to play on my current gen console. Having insanely fast internet speeds, I don't know if it'd be possible running slower. I read people waiting hours for updates to download so I know they can't have the best experience during flight. I hope you have gotten your hands on MFS2020 or will be able to! The first bush trip is Alaska, 12 legs in the Cub Crafters-X-Cub. It wasn't my favorite early on but now, I appreciate it much more than most props! Cheers!
With Pat, I've found a viewing speed of 0.75 (under your "settings" in the window) is pretty much required (plus, it makes for some great comedy, as he sounds drunk at that speed, lol) to catch everything he does and says to make it equiv to other YT'ers! He packs a LOT into a shorter amount of time!
Eeeasy there bro…a little more relaxed with the speed you speak please man. Makes me nervous just listening and trying to keep up. Lol Appreciate this video!
