Making a DIY head tracker for Microsoft Flight Simulator using FREE SOFTWARE.

In this video we take a cheap and nasty webcam from Amazon and with the help of some AWESOME free software, attempt to turn it into a head tracker for Microsoft Flight Simulator.
I'd be curious to know if you do anything similar in your setups or what you think of the end result here in this video, I'd love to hear from you.
I use the “Thrustmaster TCA Sidestick Airbus Edition” joystick when I fly Airbus and the "Thrustmaster TCA Yoke Boeing Editing" when I'm flying Boeing, or anything that uses a yoke, along with the “Thrustmaster TCA QUADRANT AIRBUS Edition” throttle quadrant with a set of Logitech Flight Rudder Pedals.
