Honestly best budget slash stellar provider of all the check boxes that had for a simple but clean 5800X3D build only for gaming. Truly the best budget option and I am super thankful for those beefy VRM’s, they keep this easy going locked beast of a chip in-line and proven reliable over my couple month time of owning it. You definitely won’t be disappointed 😊

Do you have to install the WiFi antenna or are they built in to the motherboard?

The two external antennas screw onto the backplate. The WiFi function is built-in.

@nickolates Beside the wifi and bluetooth. The other think I noticed was that the non wifi variant HDMI port is 4k @24fps while with the wifi max that port was updated so it's hdmi port can do 4k@60fps. More comparison data is on the msi website but that was another thing that stood out to me

this is an am4 motherboard. 7800x3d goes on am5 motherboards.

@@HPCWH im having the same issue, i got the board for my gf for her new pc build but theres no wifi coming to the system? ur talking about drivers, theres drivers i have to install for the wifi to work?

@@ishmalala yes. should install drivers and make sure it's latest BIOS (by default from bios wifi radio should be turned on so no need to check. just need to update)
