The only guy to have put up a tent on YT starting with the flysheet first. Well done. This was how I was taught in the 1970s with a Force10 tent, to keep the inner tent dry if it rains 👍

By the way, your tent may or may not be of a newer generation. Mine (actually, a friend's) might be as well, it was bought two or three years ago. I seem to recall most complaints were in 2018/19. Well, for whatever that is worth...
@@matthijstermeer611 I’ve had mine a good few years so it’s likely to be an older one. My cousin has the two person version and he’s had no issues and has been out in bad weather with it. Enjoy your trip to the Netherlands and good luck with the tent. Don’t pitch it too tight as I had one of the small tabs fail on me once. I’ve got a video of the fail on my channel.

Hi Ivan, this is only 3 season so it probably won’t handle full on winter conditions and gales. The large and very handy vestibule may be particularly vulnerable in strong winds. Watch my video on the Snugpak Scorpion 2, this is a low cost 4 season tent and should be more than adequate for full on winter and strong winds.
