In View Of Dimapur’s Manipur State Road Transport Corporation Land Being Occupied Illegally, Court On February 3rd 2021 Has Directed Parties To File Written Statement To Which Hearing On Eviction Case Was To Follow. It Was Informed That The Court Also Directed Person Or Recognised Pleader For Hearing On Eviction Case On 17th April 2023. Residents Also Stated That 2nd Hearing Will Take Place On 28th April 2023.

You are paying rent, which means you are not the owner. Simple 🤦‍♂️. The owner has the right to evict you with prior information as and when they want to. Just because you are paying the rent does not mean that you will not move when the owner ask you to. Sad but practically saying.

Paying rent doest mean that you own the land permanently infact you should be thankful to Manipur government for letting you reside there for decades of years. THEY ARE NOT LIKE CM RIO govt. They are gonna make that place a standard MST station and do it at the earliest. And what that guy is talking about wherever you stay you are gonna pay Electricity bill it's not a new thing.

If I were a CM, I would start evicting those who settled illegally here in Nagaland, out of 100-99% are Non-locals who occupied every nok and corner of Nagaland illegally specially Dimapur regions.
