Mostly by the left. Essentially entirely by the left. I know Trump said lock her up but yes she should’ve been locked up and so should her husband clearly but he didn’t even do it. Like she objectively removed 20,000 emails from a secured server and had a completely scrubbed when she was asked to turn them in to be reviewed because she had possibly classified information on an unprotected private server. And maybe that’s kind of common practice or not unheard of and we shouldn’t be prosecuting one person for something a lot of other people do and not prosecuting them and only prosecuting people when it’s convenient but I doubt that’s actually a common practice. They’ve been trying to prosecute Donald Trump for like eight years now. And now they’re trying to remove him from the ballot and it’s always something. I mean what they did to Alex Jones trying to sue him is unbelievably insane. No, I’m fine if trillions of dollars or billions of dollars of multimedia corporations take a random kid in high school and make him a national story by just calling him a white supremacist because he’s wearing a mega hat and did not say or do anything, and they cut out the video of black Hebrew Israelites, calling LGBTQ people racial slurs And that group of students boooing disagreement and then they doc the kid. I’m fine with those people being prosecuted and if Fox News does that to some little black boy who’s just walking down the street and makes him a national news story and calls him a radical left-wing extremist terrorist and says he goes to school and he was literally just standing there and maybe had a Biden shirt on I’m fine with him being being sued. At some point, you can’t do anything to anybody. But Donald Trump has been called awful things like racist, sexist homophobic, bigoted xenophobic, and those aren’t true, but I don’t think he should just be able to sue everybody for slander.

10:56 not sure if Mat or Shane will even see this but I consider myself to be very conservative and used to get heated over everything that I saw in the media, but since I started watching these guys I have been so much more open to letting BS come and go without raising my BP. Like the people that went to Shayne’s videos and just gave it dislikes because they disagree with him on something. Like people actually use the government to other people they disagree with. Trying to remove candidates from the ballot lol I agree I want people to have their viewpoint and we can all disagree but I don’t feel that way when they are inconsistent. Like people wanting to teach LGBTQ values in the public school. But they’re not fine with essentially any conservative or Christian values being taught in the school. Like I don’t want my religious viewpoints or my Christian values or moral values or political values being taught to children or people in the public school they need to be taught math and history and English and everything they need to learn. It’s not the public school system a.k.a. the government government job to politically indoctrinate or socially or sexually or religiously anybody else’s kids through the tax dollars. It’s not political oppositions job to remove political candidates especially the front runners from ballots. People support gun control or more open borders or socialize medicine or Proggressive taxes. I’m fine with all that. I’m not fine with telling Christian. They have to bake a cake for a gay wedding because it’s their business and you should be able to serve anybody you want but I feel the same if a black person doesn’t want to serve a Trump supporter because he doesn’t like Donald Trump he shouldn’t have to that’s his Business. I can criticize people not serving people that’s wrong. It’s hard to tolerate people or their viewpoint. Their viewpoint is inconsistent and using the government to prosecute people when they disagree with them but when the roles are exactly reversed, they’re not fine with their side being prosecuted. anybody using the government to hurt people for their freedoms or the public education system, and government funded institutions to to indoctrinate children. I have a problem with. I want everyone to raise their kid however, they want to. Want to be a white supremacist go ahead, but you don’t get to tattoo a swastika on their forehead do you want to raise your little biological male to be a little girl that’s fine put him in dress you are the parent but don’t start putting hormones into his body, or giving him to change, he looks. But you don’t get the tattoo Bible verses on his back or anything like that lol like I mean, I want people to raise their kids with any crazy belief they want to because that’s freedom. Just don’t actually start to physically change them when theyre children.
It’s like they don’t even listen to Shane speak. He isn’t even remotely “right wing” or bigoted. He’s also super respectful and kind to people around him.

So lame and gay. Unfortunately it happens in every open mic scene. A lot of the dorks who take it way too seriously are the ones who will never progress past their local scene so they have to try to “control” it.

Pretty sure it was Good Good Comedy. I went when they first opened, and it was great for local people getting into stand-up. Slowly turned into MFAs doing hack-y slideshow routines about art school and Michael Barbaro. Killed by COVID, mashallah
I do local standup comedy open mics. It’s a hobby, I have no goal to make it a career or even to make money. The number of delusional open mic comics who take it seriously is hilarious. And yes, it attracts a lot of losers and weirdos.
I’ve been doing stand up for 5-6 years and I am doing it as a career. Open micers like you are my favorite. People who genuinely do it for fun have it figured out. But so many people are terrible and will never go anywhere with it, but are the most serious it’s insane.
@@Makinematnight I had one guy who runs an open mic tell me I was doing too much local material. He’s a nice guy, and meant well. But dude, I’m only doing comedy in this town. It works and they are laughing. I’m not a professional comic, but I always get good laughs and usually get people in the crowd coming up to me telling me they loved it. That’s all I want. I want to make 15 people in a bar laugh for 7 minutes a couple times a month.
All comics are losers and weirdos. We don't get on stage begging for lols and attention because we're normal. Literally nobody has succeeded in this industry without that initial delusion. Lacking the stupidity to think you might actually be the next big thing = a regular guy on a stage built for comedians.
I think if anyone wants to do it 100% then why would you shit on them if it dosnt effect you? Atleast their all in on something, most dont have that type of conviction to anything. From what it sounds like you dont have that either!
