Being such a huge fan of Crash Test Dummies, I cannot ever remember laughing so hard at an MST skit as this one!

This skit was a way for Mike to do his impressions again. Since he had taken over host duties he didn't get to do them as often. This was to help remedy that. This was also done a few years before Jeff Smith, the Frugal Gourmet, was accused of molesting SEVEN different male teenagers

When Mike started using Servo as a pepper grinder, I cracked up! Mean Mike is so like one of my scout leaders, Dave Lonsway, that it's almost creepy. He acts like mean Mike when he's talking some sense into us, ME especially, He jokes around with me, gives me a hard time, and sometimes bugs me. I'm from Fort Wayne Indiana, I say Pop. Just saying soda just sounds weird and awkward, I'm in Boy Scouts. Did the best brains have a lot of former boy scouts in the studio, and are Minnesota Scout leaders mean?

I never would have heard of "the Frugal Gourmet" if not for this. It's funny how these shows can act as time capsules.
