Followed by my Rebels! Happy to see both win. Loved reading articles on how State fans and Rebels fans showed up in Omaha in legendary numbers. Good luck in 2023.
Champions!! So happy for State. My dad is from Mississippi and graduated from MSU. He was always supportive of States athletics. Both my cousins are Alum from State. I admit I’m an Alabama football fan, but State is my number 2 team. My family from Mississippi is so happy and I’m cheering with them. Hail State! National Champions! CWS champions! Bulldogs baseball!!
I'm surprised that there was no mention of Refuel Palmeiro. Certainly the best player ever to come from Starkville. He is. One of only six players to hit 500 HR's and 3000 hits. While it's unfortunate that he used steroids later in his career, he didn't while at State. I watched him play when the 'stadium' was just a field with 2 sets of bleachers. Rarely were their more than 20 people watching the game. I suppose MSU doesn't want to condone steroid use...but still people should know he was the best.
Hey! I want first dibs on a VIP backstage fan tour and getting to enjoy all of the above, of course, with backstage party with the fans, staff, and players.
@@Batman_collectibles They earned that championship. They had to play Texas three times which was a really good team, came back from a 4-0 deficit to Virginia and won, and came back and clobbered Vanderbilt in games 2 and 3 of the finals when Vanderbilt beat them 8-2 in game 1.
If i went to MSU i would be embarrassed to call that place "Starkvagas" . First of all ot sounds like a 10 yr old came up with that name and secondly anyone that has ever been to Starkville knows there is NOTHING there! Starkville isnt even considered a nice town and has no night life at all lol. Sure the new baseball stadium is really nice but Starkville is by far the worst college town in the SEC.
Listen to this salty little boy he probably is a sorry ole miss fan who wants to hate on state because ole miss SUCKS and couldn’t make it to Omaha if their life depended on it
“Starkvegas” is supposed to be ironic. That’s the point. We call it that as a fun joke because there’s nothing flashy about Starkville. We all know that. But it’s a wonderful, quaint, “hometown” community that takes pride in the University and treats the college students well. There are many great restaurants, businesses, churches, and activities through the University that are open to the public. You can go to Kroger and run into three or four people you know. For those of us who live there or ever lived there, it’s a great town where a quiet drive through some beautiful countryside or a picnic at the Noxubee Refuge is just minutes away. That’s worth a lot more to a lot of people than just a plethora of nightclubs.
Typical, trashy, low value, low intelligence, low class, ole miss fan comment. An ole miss fan being trashy; if only I could honestly say I'm surprised. ole miss is, without a doubt, the single most worthless institution in the history of colleges & universities- filled to the brim with trailer trash imbreeds with an all time combined IQ, EQ, & AQ of negative infinity. The only thing your sorry ass, 💩 town of oxford is good for is to take up space on the state map. 🤣 I've never seen a place with as many mediocre at best nobodies as oxford. And don't even get me started on your team name.🤣🤣🤣 Your team name should be the ole miss betas. Bc that university is completely void of REAL, alpha men. And your female students look like men.😂 Can anybody name ANYTHING that ole miss, or their loser fans have EVER contributed to humanity other than nerdy men, average looking women, & horrible sports teams? 😂😂😂😂 Seriously, if ole miss had never existed, there would be no difference at all. ole miss is like that wrestler who gets absolutely no fan reaction anytime his entrance music cues.🤣
