I would say MT for both - Starscape's community is awesome and super welcoming but the team supporting it is just a very few people who more or less just keep the servers hosted. MT has much larger & dedicated teams to creating new content and carrying the game forward. The EU playerbase on MT is pretty large, just NA timeframe is a probably a little less than starscapes

I would say that Starscape has a more relaxed environment and less general like expectation of playing your class to a high level. With it being a NA server if you tend to have time to play around EU times Im a little worried about you getting groups, but if you're willing to start groups it may work out! MT will be a more streamlined experience and more active playerbase , just a bit more try hard typically

@@kilryan yeah I did a little bit of research and eventually decided to start on starscape. My schedule also allows me to play on NA hours so that will not be much of a problem. Leveling zones seem a little dead atm but i guess its to be expected that most players are on the endgame. Thanks for the help.

@@BastiCool it will be somewhat laggy if youre outside EU, however u can use the built in proxy and use SP/NGSP and you wont feel the lag as much

IF you're going through the leveling process it's a bit slow so just a matter of playing through, If you used the 70 scroll theres a new patch hitting on Tuesday so it'll basically put everyone on the same field! Check the discord for class guides that'll help immensely as TERA is pretty intense on the level of optimization your class can have

By playing the game, you get a currency vanguard credits - convert vanguard credits into Astrum Coins, and you use those to get 97% of the costumes in the game. The newly developed costumes & cosmetics by their art team member they sell for real money or you can earn them through events.

There are mods to attack without lag but there are many Japanese players with 300 ping doing the endgame.

I definitely wouldn't let your locationbe the issue, as Calzen said there's actually some pretty high performing JP players -- as an NA player i'm running 190 or so ping aswell and as long as you have the proxy enabled you 100% can play fluidly

wtf BDO combat system just sucks compared to TERA and I was playin BDO and TERA for long time, so please...

They didn't offer me anything to make the video, I felt it was only proper for me to make a vid on MT after making one for Starscape. Really I just want to see TERA as a whole succeed. After I worked with Icha on recordings they made the code for freebies for people & gave me some MT credit for making the vid while I was in the midst of editing.

@@kilryan Tera was the best MMORPG, but MT is only showing why it died and whats left from the Game... Cheating Nerds that have absolute no moral no respect for anyone or anything. DPS and Leaderboard Ranking is the only thing that matters. Devs are cheating, they unbann players that got banned bc of cheating only so they can play with them etc. The Server is an absolute joke, if u ignore the cheating then u have a shit dev team (Childrens) that doesnt know what they are doing. Server is made for disgusting human beeings that like to be racist and ofc cheating is the norm u might wanna warn ur viewers bc the cheating ruined everything that tera standed for!!!

@@Mlgslayer idk about cheating (been playing on console) what is weird to me is that people post this kind of videos for private servers.... pretty sure they dont own the rights to host it^^ (enough not to play on the server...)

@@luxvita2815 Krafton (Bluehole) contacted the Admin of MT The Dream but it was because they used the Name Tera and since they changed into MT The Dream they havent heard from them anymore. Stay on console there u can have fun PC is absolute trash and only cheaters left ( u can believe me)

Newer versions have dungeons that older versions don't have, and most aren't reskins. Older servers seem to lack the development power MT has, since none of them have been able to implement bosses that didn't exist in their version already.

@@ohhoshido ​ Not sure what you are trying to explain here but newer dungeons were made after the combat/mechanism/balance got broken/made easier for casuals. New dungeon doesn't fix the issue toward combat/mechanism/balance (in other word combat system). I mean it doesn't to a genius to see that the combat was way more superiors/more polish in term of combat/mechanism/balance in the older days.

so go play tera cz and don't worry about the MT server bestie

Too bad Akeron and CZ are both PvP-oriented communities with lackluster (at best) or dead (at worst) PvE. ^^;

vanilla sucks so much please...64bit tera was a the best what hahppend to the game
