Honest question because I am really looking forward to getting back into Tera. If we're being given all of the skills, levels, EP, etc right out of the gate, is there any kind of actual progression system aside from just upgrading the armor you get? Or is this more of a, "Instantly get to end game and run the dungeons for the sake of running dungeons and nostalgia" situation? While I wasn't a huge fan of the relentless grind of the retail version of Tera, mostly due to the RNG upgrade system, I did enjoy actually chipping away at upgrading my skills and getting EP.
The gear grind is the main thing, or if you want to do achievements for different laurels. They also have chase things like getting different pets, or 'seasonal' cosmetics for this dungeon rotation like for example they recolored Bahaar into ice bahaar and you could get ice orbs from clearing it like 60x things like that. The standard' progression' is gearing for sure though
Great to see the game come back to pc, I just don't see the point of the lvl 70 boost. I get it people want to raid and clear endgame but it removes the whole 'fresh server' experience and makes it less enjoyable for people who do want to level because alot of people do enjoy the journey, especiallly it being a nostalgic one and needing to learn your class again (or a new one).
tbh at this point the game is very much a small subset of players who play TERA for what the end-game PVE & PVP experiences are like. The leveling process hasn't been removed persay you can actually quest and level up normally, just not a large enough playerbase for you to say do all the leveling dungeons.

there is not really a populace for active leveling dungeons etc, if you want to experience the game in that style i'd say to have a group of friends to play through it.
