i bought the same intercooler and i have to say that the stock intercooler is butter than mtc. For making mtc butter you must build a diverter. Without diverter is sure worse. i have ultragauge and i saw the intake temperatures on full throttle. Believe me you dont want to see the numbers.The best choise is an airtec or a gp intercooler. At high external temperatures (like 25oC++) all coolers are the same shit. Only at low temperatures you will see the big difference.
I have been told this a lot and have thought about putting the original back on, but at present the MTC is still on the R53. And with the current uk temperature I am just leaving the R53 at home as I don’t think she would get on with it well. Cheers for the comment 👊🏻
